ORIGINAL: I cannot express enough how above and beyond they went to not only make me a new set of keys after I lost mine, but to make sure that my car was working since it had been sitting for 2 weeks before I called. The service was speedy and the person who came out was very friendly. I am extremely appreciative and would recommend this company to anyone. The price was also less than my dad had previously been quoted by another company, so always a bonus. Thank you All Safe.

Poor communication. Asked if they can program a key fob. Said yes $50. Bring to us at this time. No problem. As soon as I get there, $50 up front. And Cash ONLY. What legitimate company demands cash up front? And why $50 up front? Because if fob doesn't work we get paid. 'My equipment never fails.' Understandable but say so up front. I ask how much are your fobs? $120. They made it clear that they were expecting my fob not to work and that theirs are available for $120. I don't have a problem with the policy but they waited for me to come there, spend my time and did not mention it on phone. borderline scam-ish feeling. Just tell people up front so we can decide whether if we want to waste our time coming or not.

Had my locks my going crazy on my pick up truck, the dealership told me to bring it in and it would be a two hour minimum charge for them to diagnose the problem and then they would go from there. In a time were customer service is almost impossible to find. It is alive and well here. After I made a mistake ordering the wrong locks on line. And having them rekey them they would not fit in the door.. Carmine offered to rekey the correct ones at no extra coast. They go the extra mile. Will use them again and refer them to friends and family.

I called got my estimate and was told that the locksmith would be there in thirty minutes. He was there exactly 30 minutes and called to let me know he was outside. It only took him a few minutes to get the car unlocked and $65 was a decent price.
