After just having this company come out to service our lock I thought I would leave a review. This morning when unlocking the front door to our business I had broken the key off in the lock. Luckily, the door was already unlocked before it broke off so I could get inside. After pricing around I had River City Locksmith come out to repair the lock. The young gentleman that arrived was very nice and professional. He checked out the lock and gave me a price before starting any work. I agreed to the price and he got the broken key out and repaired the issue causing the key to break in the first place. He made me a new set of keys and got the lock working like new again. The invoice reflected the exact price he quoted me. Overall, I am very pleased with the work that I was provided and would highly recommend this locksmith company.

Somehow coming home my lock decided to break on me and lock me out as the keys would just spin and spin. I called around local locksmiths and had River City come out to the rescue! They arrived exactly when they said they would and I was given a good price on unlocking my door and repairing the lock. My lock now works better than before and its under warranty with River City. This was a horrible experience!! Rude Hang ups and voicemail only!! I had my Baldwin locks worked on a couples of months ago, and since then my key were sticking. Yesterday my keys stopped working completely. I call them back to fix, and they didn't return my call for the first day. When I did get in touch with someone the yelled something incoherent and hung up the phone. Since then all my calls went to voice mail. Knowell's Lock and Safe much more courteous and responsive especially in the Riverside/ Avondale area..

After trying to get spare keys made to my house at several places like Walmart and all my keys not working correctly, I finally decided to call a locksmith to have keys made. Their shop was on the westside but they had a technician in my area by the airport doing some work so they said I could meet up with him. I met the technician and he cut me some keys on the spot.
