I thought long and hard about doing a review, but I figured I should at least warn other consumers of my experience. I was heading down to key Largo to spend the day with my family on Sunday afternoon. The valve stem in my front tire started to leak and my vehicle warned me of my situation, I located Guys towing and the website said they were open on Sunday. We called ahead and were told we could be accommodated. We patiently waited 35 minutes for the tire guy to make himself available and heres where I messed up! I should have asked how much a tire valve replacement would cost but I didnt. At my local tire shop this service runs approximately $12 plus tax, so I figured worst case scenario $25 and Ill be on my way. Well to my surprise upon completion of valve stem replacement the bill was $43! Lets put this into perspective, I bought tires for my trailer and had them delivered for $49 each, I bought tires for my wifes car and had them delivered for $54 each, and $1 valve stem replacement for $43 is outrageous, Im grateful he was there to help me but to be taken advantage of is another situation, my advise ask for pricing upfront.

Charged 25 dollars to change tire from a old rim I brought in to a new one. Balance machine was broken so couldnt balance it and did not tell me till the tire was changed. Terrible customer service.

Crooks!! As a local for 20 years I must say that these guys are thieves. They charge 2 days of storage although the vehicle has only been there less than 20 hours. They take advantage of anyone whos vehicle gets towed by the Sheriffs. Use anyone but them. All American Towing is much more reliable and honest. Avoid these scam artists at all costs!

We were set to leave Islamorada at 5:30pm on a Sunday, heading back to Orlando. We noticed a tire needed a valve stem replaced. Took them no time at all to fix it & we were back on the road. Great customer service, great price!

So thankful for Guys Towing. Their driver picked us up in the middle of the night when our car broke down all the way down by Key West and brought us back to Tavernier. He came when no-one else wouldd. After 3am and no cash to tip him...the least I can do is leave a 5 star review. I wish their were more stars.Thank You!!

Damage my car and now don't want to take responsibility for it. The absolute worst of the worst. When I first called and told them about the situation the guy on the phone was the driver that night of the towing. Said nope I did not damage your car and well in my mind I'm thinking well of course you think that bc you the driver. Your only trying to help yourself. So I ask if I can talk to someone else. He says ok drop phone for a min a picks right back up. And I say sir i know it's still you. And he said yep it is and I'm the only one here so what are you going do? Are you gonna drive up here? *in a sarcastic voice*. THE WORST OF THE WORST

I was in a car accident in Key Largo recently where the responding officer called in Guy's Towing to move our vehicles from the road. I live about 2 hours northbound and had already called AAA to have my own tow truck drive me home, but the officer told me because we were blocking traffic whoever got there first would have to take my car. I asked him if it would be possible for the company he called to just move my car to the side of the road or to the gas station we had crashed in front of. The officer told me that it's up to the towing company, and if they 'want to be jerks' they can go as far as bringing it to their shop and charging me for it. About this time Guy's Towing pulls in and I get a call from the AAA dude and I tell him what's going on and he told me that he's 5 minutes away and hurrying and not to let them touch my car. So I walk up to one of Guy's neon vested employees and I said I have AAA coming and asked if it would be possible to just move my car to the gas station. He says that he has to ask the officer, comes back and tells me that the state trooper said that I have to comply and he's not allowed to take it to the station, that he, by law, has to bring it to his shop. Which, going by what the officer had told me not 10 minutes prior, was a complete lie. Luckily the AAA tow truck (he was contracted with All American Towing and I had a great experience with him-- I would recommend) showed up just before Guy's actually moved anything, and he got my car hooked up before Guy's even put a finger on the other vechicle. Now, I'm not usually one to write reviews but being a frazzled 20 year old girl, I was absolutely livid when I realized this company lied to me. To exploit such a situation for profit seems horrible to me and the icing on the pissed off cake was when I saw them pull into the very station I had asked them to bring my car into to fill up their tanks. If you have the choice, call All American and do not let these money grubbing a-holes touch your car.

Guy's Towing saved our vacation!! A big thank you to the crew from Guys towing for saving what started out being a vacation from hell. After being in minor car accident in key largo guys towing provided prompt professional service. They provided a ride for me and my family to our hotel room while They towed our car to thier repair facility and dialed us in with 2 rims and tires as the rims and tires got damaged by hitting the coral rock and they delivered the car when it was done which was in a timely manner the price was extremely fair considering it was a Sunday Guys towing goes above and beyond thank you again !

A horrible company to contact if you are expecting honesty and reliability. Waited for 2+ hours for them to reach us only to have someone else help us out. Their claim was that traffic was at a standstill on the US 1 from Key Largo to Marathon, but in actuality there was NO hold up. What these scamming individuals didn't realize is that I had a friend traveling up the keys at the time who informed me that there were no traffic issues. Do not trust them, and if they claim that the GPS on the truck is stationary, it's probably because they're getting lunch or unmotivated to earn future business.

Omg.... The Guy himself came out to help me. He was dressed in a very bright uniform. He was so nice he got here so fast they told me 15 mins he was here in 10. The lady on the phone was so nice and so understanding to my situation. I absolutely 100% would recommend them to any one around here. They gave me a locals discount, towed my car, fixed my car, and got me some new tires at a great price. Definitely go see them and call them if you need help they are the most professional and well put together family owned business around the Keys......

The are a AAA contractor. Called to have my RV and camper towed they lost my keys to my RV. Lied and said squatters were in it. Sheriffs dept. Made a reports stating there wasn't anyone in there. They aren't an honest company. Now I get to Bill them to have my RV and camper re-keyed!!

I want to report on what they are doing I do not think it is right, yesterday May 18, 2013 my car was towed at mile 80 in front of the marina, the place where it was parked there was no sign that said no could park there, I could get to the place of business and while waiting to pick up my car I saw them with a metal open door of another car were down and had gathered their belongings in the car, please review their cars when it is delivered and the ticket they give because they put another location of where the car was when he claimed on the phone the lady with very bad attitude and I answered some racism because my English is not very good. When we went to pay was $ 550 and did not accept credit cards had to be cash, I do not understand how that company if they charge for their service so expensive not accept credit cards. Besides the county or the city of Key Largo and not allow people to live in a place of business in subhuman conditions, they have so malnourished an older man living in a car and also in young children living there, the department of children and families should visit that place.They have to live so miserable because God can not help people who make money stealing from others. I think you have to sue the company, have some posters left the embankment against Bud N Marys'll find out if that is allowed or if they are owners of the land, I will put this case in the hands of lawyers. People affected by this type of business have the right to complain when something is unfair.
