Asked him about making a copy of key, brought it to him to see and with the key in his hand he said he needs to know what it unlocks if not he can't help me. Explained what it was for and he still needed such specific details that doesn't matter to MAKE A COPY OF THE KEY.Horrible customer service, the guy had an attitude the entire time. It was my first time in that shop and my very last that's for sure. Absolutely useless 'locksmith'The store is horribly disorganized and cluttered, when I walked in I was waiting 5 mins for him to come out, when I called out to let them know I was there he just kept yelling in an attitude 'hold on'I get it if your doing something but the customer service is horrendous.

Working with these guys is weird sometimes. You show up one day and he is ultimately annoyed with your presence and doesnt want to help even the slightest. And then other days he's nice and helps you with whatever you need. Prices are definitely unbeatable though.
