Just called another company and sadly they were on their way. I called speed locksmith for a quote. Let me just say this, This company is a great one. I wish I would of called them first. They were so polite and professional and their quote was 75 dollars less than the company I had booked. After expressing my frustration to a friend over the phone, She told me she used speed locksmith before. I wish I would of have used this company. I will surely remember next time. Dont make the same mistake I did. This is by far better quality and service then other that nickle and dime you.

Speed Locksmith and security Wally live up to their name. They are fast friendly and reliable. Im sorry for forgetting his name but I was able to meet a guy nearby because most of the work is done in a white van, and he was able to get me a whole new key and was able to fix my lock and unlock buttons. I've used Eli twice for two different cars, neither time was when I was in a jam - I was trying to preempt that moment. I called him simply because his rates are far cheaper (50-70% cheaper) than getting a duplicate spare key (1 for an Audi A5 and 1 for a Toyota Camry Hybrid) from the dealership, which is a racket. He's polite, nice, kind of funny, and speedy. Highly recommend.

My Technician Eli was very polite, helpful, and patient! I have a really old car and he had to do some special work to make me another key that was lost. Although he thought it took a long time, i felt he did an awesome job in a timely fashion. He made it to my home within 15 minutes of the initial appointment we set up which was excellent. Absolutely the best experience I could have hoped for. The technician is extremely friendly, and insanely talented. I called over ten other locksmith companies, all which went through some hotline to transfer me to somebody who didn't care to help or straight up could not do the work for my Volkswagen. I called here and the owner, who is also the technician, immediately helped me and assured me he'd be at my location within a half hour. Eli is the best!!!He came to my house because my wife's bag was stolen, speed locksmith & security change all the locks in my house and make them all on the same keys. They call it 'rekeying service', they saved me yesterday.Eli also made a new key to my car and erase all the previous keys I owned and the one that was stolen as well, he programmed the keys I guess because it was a chip key.Now I know which locksmith to call when I have that kind of situation, I will refer all my friends, he deserve more than 5 stars, they have a top of the line customer service and very reasonable prices.Call them, thank you eli you are appreciated.:)

Honestly I wish there were more stars to give. I once needed my car unlocked and in time for a job interview that meant a lot to me. Technician John was very rude on the phone. Could not give any ballpark of charge to retrieve key that was locked in. I told him what kind vehicle it was. At end of conversation he said he didn't want to come. It was 7:38 am.. Guess he was still tired in bed. Not the way to treat a customer.

As their name suggest they were definitely speedy and actually arrived a little earlier than expected, which is rare for a service call!! Eli was very professional, gave me my options and then explained every step of the process. This made me feel confident about my decision to use them. He was also very knowledge about the various products. He was there to just replace/rekey my locks, but when I mentioned to him that I had an unrelated issue with one of the locks when I arrived he was kind enough to address that as well!! I have been having problem with my van ignition switch for a while that I could not insert the key or turn to start the van. I called the dealer and they gave me a very high quote the replace the ignition switch without matching the door keys. I google auto locksmith and came upon Speed Locksmith since he is locate in the same town and he is also a member of ALOA (Associated Locksmiths of America). I called Eli and told him the problem I have and he know exactly what need to be done, make an appointment and he come on time. He took out ignition switch, fixed and clean them then install it back and also gave me extra key. He is very knowledgeable, nice, pleasant and with all his high tech equipment. I am very happy with the job he done and I would highly recommend and would call him again.
