He was able to 'create' a door key for my Jeep while I waited.I didn't have a key, but with his expertise and skill set he was able to make me a key. I would highly recommend. (March 2020)I had PDQ come to my new house and re-key all the doors and replace a few old door knobs, just like before, they were great, showed up on time and did exactly what needed to be done. I had my house re-keyed and was able to get an appointment the day after I called (less than 24 hours). Adam arrived on time, and was very helpful and forthcoming about what the cost was going to be for each service, prior to performing said service (re-keying with current legs, without having the keys, and taking off the handles and fixing the door knobs). He was very polite and worked quickly. They also provide a 10% military discount. I would suggest PDQ Locksmith for your re-keying/locksmith needs!

Excellent service. PDQ is responsive and timely. What I thought would be a difficult repair on an old specialty door Adam repaired it. He provided a long term solution to avoid future repairs as well. He also repaired other lock-issues with other doors we were having while on-site. Adam was respectful of our property and pets, too.

I called them to install a residential lock. They came out a couple of days later stating that my lock was dead and that I would need a new lock because they would not be able to install it. I had them out again, stating that I needed the tail piece exchanged and cut to size as I had already installed the piece that they said they couldn't. They didn't do anything again, continued to say that my lock could not be installed. They charged me 60 dollars to tell me that my brand new lock could not work. They performed absolutely zero work. I called a different locksmith and they had it installed in about 20 minutes. I asked for my money back and they said they would call me. That was about a week ago. I hope they use the money to train their technician on how to install residential locks.Edit after response- Yes. You came out 2 times and performed absolutely no work. You said you were unable to install my lock. The parts were there. The same parts were there that were there when the other locksmith came out to install it property.You told me 'We do not want to put our name on installing that lock' And charged me 60 dollars. You stated the lock wouldn't last more than 3-4 months. Then how was another locksmith able to come out and install it and it is still up and working? He only charged me 90 and actually did something. You are the equivalent of a doctor that diagnoses a patient as being dead yet they were really just sleeping and then charging me for your opinion.

AWESOME WORK!!! I spoke to both the owner and one of his employees David and they were both very friendly and nice. My wife lost her key fob for her Nissan Sentra and they had one in stock PROGRAMED and all for 85 bucks. The dealer wanted double that for just the fob. Total time in his store with also having 2 keys made? 15 minutes. I would recommend everyone to come here. Support local business!!

Locked my keys in my truck while it was running. PDQ gave me a quote of $60 and said they'd be there asap. Google said it would take them 25 minutes. Adam was here in 20.Adam was fast, professional, and kind. Had my door unlocked in less than 5 minutes and now I can get to work on time!

Today I had a very stressful experience locking my keys in my vehicle and what not. Adam was the locksmith who showed up to help me and he was simply nothing less than amazing. I locked my keys and purse in my car for the umpteenth time while at work. I called pop a lock around 11am and they said they wouldn't be there till 2pm (and they charge minimum 100$)So I called PDQ since they're close to my work. They got here in 20 min and even offered to make me a key right there (every time I use pop a lock they told me they can't make one). Their prices are phenomenal and they have wonderful customer service.Their service is far superior to any locksmith I have used. So now I have a spare key and a reliable company to use (fingers crossed they won't have to unlock my car again) but I will definitely be using them for future needs.

I've never had a business be recommended by their competitor, but after I lost the keys to my car, a local locksmith recommended PDQ locksmith to create the replacement keys. Great service like always...but the price tag went DOUBLE of my previous call for the same issue. My car was unlocked in less than 5 minutes and I'm grateful for it but the bill made a nice hole in my wallet. Really disappointed considering I'm a regular customer. I guess I need to shop around next time.

James at PDQ did an excellent job making a spare key for my 2014 Jeep Wrangler. It was literally half the cost the local dealership was going to charge, and it only took 15 minutes. It looks identical to my original key minus the Jeep logo. Even the remote start function works. I'm super happy I stopped by their shop on a whim. The only downside is that I had to wait over a week to get it done. I told them it wasn't an emergency, so perhaps that's why they had me wait so long.
