Great business. Amazing customer service and pricing. Came here a couple years back to make some duplicate keys for my apartment. It was only a few bucks. I paid and then I saw this little keychain label and pulled my card out again to buy it, but the guy said that it was fine. I could have it.It was only like 50 cents, but that was a very nice gesture that I still remember to this day. Sure, giving out free stuff isn't a good business model. But when I had to get duplicate keys made again where did I go? Back to this place.When I had to get keys cut and programmed for my car, where did I go? Here. (Which by the way, they gave me an excellent deal in the key + cutting and programming. It took them less than 10 minutes to get the proper key for my car, cut it and program it to my vehicle.) I was also charged a bit under what I was originally quoted. Been here thrice, and they're always polite, quick and nicely priced. You don't see that too often in Miami, it's either one or the other.

I'ts incredible how this people work with you. My number one pet peeve when I go into any store is no greeting, slow service, and bad product. Let me tell you how great Miami Beach locksmith on 71's was to me, that once i walked in everyone that work's there greeted me, not even second's later someone had offered $20.00 off my car key's that a the full price it was already a good deal, in a matter of minutes my key was does and working perfect like if bought out of the dealer, and i think even better. So I just want to let you guy's at Miami Beach Locksmith know thank you , you guy's are the best.

I needed a locksmith for the first time ever due to Hurricane Irma damaging the lock on my balcony door. One of my colleagues at work recommended this company and since I trust her, I went with her recommendation. It was the BEST decision ever! From Rudy and Ray at their office to the tech they sent out, Alberto, it was an awesome experience, hands down! Very professional and courteous and Alberto was able to repair my door in 15 minutes! The price was also very reasonable, in my opinion. Best locksmith in Miami Beach!!!!

Those guys were nice to talk, but when I showed them the lock I had an issue their answer was to replace it because there was no way to fix it.I went to a different locksmith with the same issue and they gave me the same expensive evaluation to replace that lock, HOWEVER at least they said they would check first to see if it was fixable.It turned out to be the simplest solution ever, just tight up some screws in less than 15 minutes, therefore the service was away cheaper than replacing the whole system.They've totally lost a client just because have chosen the easiest way to work.

I brought in my personal safe that would not open and they really tried to get it open by using the combination and the key, but when it did not open, they tried to charge me $150 and at least 1/2 hour to open the safe. Needless to say, I got a second opinion at York Lock & Key and they opened it in 5 minutes and only charged me $50. I feel like Miami Beach Locksmith really tried to take advantage of me.

THE WORST LOCKSMITH IN THE WORLD. I had a lock that got jammed & called them for service as they were local. They sent over a technician who was dropping his tools etc... He then drilled the lock and cracked our glass door. When my wife confronted him; he said she broke it. The owner Rudy, refused to pick up my calls & maintains that we broke the door. Why would he work on the door if my wife already cracked it. I have before and after photos. I will be suing this piece of garbage.
