Everytime I call Dade Lock I always get the solutions I need when it comes to locks. Never been disappointed and there is no run around, always straight to the point and no BS. Spoke to Oscar yesterday for a a big estimate I needed to get done and we were back and forth on the phone and even on emails with pictures and part numbers. I appreciate your patience and knowledge, thank you very much for helping me yesterday. Moving into a new home can be a little stressful and Oscar was very helpful when I called and all the way through. I will definitely be calling back once my new doors get installed for new locks!

I came in at 4:40 right before they closed and the man behind the counter was so friendly the entire time. He cut my blank mailbox key to perfection in about 15 seconds. I was shocked! I was in and out so fast, I didn't even get the man's name. Got home and the key worked flawlessly! Would definitely recommend. Parking is available behind the building and on the side.

I visited Dade Lock & Key to have some replacement keys cut for my father's Ford Ranger. I was in and out in a matter of minutes with perfectly functioning spare keys. Great service. I'm so glad I visited them before trying any big box stores. I would not hesitate to use them for any future locksmithing needs.

Today I went to the physical store and they close Saturdays.I called the number confident that they would reply; been going to this store for years and know them to be super responsible, to inquire if they could point me to somewhere else that might be open Saturday.Rafael , one of the owners came to my rescue in so many unexpected ways, even for them.He guided me to a near by home in Coral Gables where he was working and said he`d do it complimentary!!They would no turn properly.As luck would have it he was at my neighbor's house performing a locksmith job later on same day.Called him over and he came made me another set of keys and as well. Their customer service top notch and they even went so far as to give me a free copy of a key when their computer was down so I wouldn't have to wait. There are many locksmiths in Miami. But, if you want something done correctly and with the highest level of expertise and customer service go to Dade Lock & Key. I went based on a recommendation and I was not disappointed. It was out of my way but, if you're like me, I'd rather go a little further but have things done right.

Had Dary come to the house for what I thought would be a lock repair or new lock. Turned out to be just WD40 into the key opening and problem fixed. He did not want to charge me even when I insisted to pay for at least travel fees. Sidenote: I was told by two handymen previously that the lock needed to be changed. I learned today that Medeco locks are high-security locks that rarely break down. Very happy with service.
