I lost my second key fob for my 2017 Ridgeline. The dealership quoted a cost o $245 plus tax and an hour to get it done. Plus the 30 minute drive each way. I called Jax Locksmiths and they quoted $220 and would come to my house. He also made sure he would have the correct fob before he showed up. He called me when he had the Fob and showed up at the house promptly. The key was cut and the fob programmed in less than 30 minutes. I was able to keep working throughout the process. If I need any Locksmith work done, I will call Jax Locksmiths!

Showed up 40 minutes before closing time, the lights were on, the open sign was on, and the TV was on, but the door was locked. So I called the number and was told that 'we left early' by a nearly impossible to understand voice. I can understand closing early but if you leave all your lights on and your TV on and advertise that you are open until 9 pm why act surprised when someone calls you from the shop wondering where you are.

From the time I called to when I was back in my air conditioning was under 45 minutes.. I broke my key off in my door and was locked out. Ben showed up and in 15-20 minutes my lock was fixed and I had a new key. Price was very reasonable. I will be recommending this business to friends and family. Outstanding and prompt service! Very satisfied and proud to support this local business.

The service I received was unbelievable. They came to my job and serviced my car!! The technician was professional, knowledgeable and fair. another company repaired my car locks but did not do it correctly and Jax Locksmith shop had to correct their work! They worked on my car and completed a very complex job in a timely manner. I have found my locksmith company and will not let another company touch my car. Horrible service. They close at 9pm went there at 5pm to get a key copied and the doors were locked so I called. She said they left early. And then they turned off the open sign off in front of me. They were there they just were lazy and didn't feel like helping anyone today.

Ben has been extremely helpful, we purchased as used Ford Expedition and only received one key to vehicle. Dealer wanted to charge an arm and a leg for second key. Ben is very reasonable, and had it done in less than an hour. - several weeks later the dealer replaced a part in the door and so our new key did not work. Ben took care of it for us and reprogrammed our key @ no charge - will use him again for all our lock needs.

I went to this location the week that Hurricane Dorian barely came through. I had bent my key just the week before due to my work. I had already tried Lowe's, who couldn't read my key. But he suggested this guy and said he was only charged $60 for his fob. The sign read open, but the door was locked. I called the number, and he said he would be there in ten minutes. It was about thirty minutes later. He worked quietly. I was sad to not be getting my double click start button, but it was not a necessity, I knew it was a special luxury. He ended up charging me about $85, after taxes went over $90. Not long after getting it, my new fob popped opened, a piece actually broke off. It is now taped to hold together, and I get to go back to Lowe's. I'm more disappointed in his tardiness, he did not apologize for it or keep me updated on his travel time. And i was disappointed in the price.

Mr. Ben is an amazing individual. He came out to help us with a problem from his service, understood our concern and came back out to the house to fix the inconvenience. I couldnt find the spare key hey hooked us up with and it wasted his time. Once I found the key fob, I called him back and told him id be more than happy to come to him this time. So I drove from Jacksonville to Middleburg and Mr Ben once again went above and beyond. Not only did he make sure both the original and spare key fob were working, but he went the extra mile and cut the blank physical key for the driver side door. I highly recommend Mr Ben. Heard of jaxs locksmith shop through a coworker who got a couple paper towel key copies for work needed a spare key programmed for my car great price 45 dollars for it ben's a great guy and everything but the reason I only gave him four stars is I came there yesterday and the shop was locked up early he was on another job for a customer I mean I understand if you operate as a mobile service too but Ben you should hire someone to run the shop if customers decide to come in while your gone helping customers on the road.
