Throughout the years Ive always been satisfied with the superb service I received at A Locksmith. My recent transaction involved a house call for an out of town customer of mine. The person who answered the phone, took down all the information accurately, contacted my customer to get her billing information and gave me a service date that week. The day of the appointment, the technician arrived on time. He was prompt, knowledgeable and had a positive attitude. I highly recommend A Locksmith.

Very helpful! I lost my motorcycle key and needed to have a new one made. After being turned away by the dealerships, a few hardware stores, and some locksmiths, A Locksmith was able to help me out. With a great price and very friendly staff I was able to get a new key and get back on my bike. Thank you for providing A+ customer service!

Awesome service! Our Spa needed our locks re-keyed after construction. We had no clue how many copies were floating around Naples between contractors/inspectors. Locksmith Austin showed up and completed everything in about an hour. Pricing was very affordable. We will recommend them to all our Naples/Fort Myers business owners. You get what you pay for. Went to get my Honda key cut because they were $20 and BB was $80. Neither had the key blank so I ordered one, brought it in, they cut, didn't work. They blamed it on my blank and refused to recut or refund. I ordered another, went to the Honda dealer. Dealer recut the original one cut by A Locksmith and it worked no problem. $20 down the drain. They were all nice and friendly until the collected my money, then just shrugged their shoulders and gave me an 'oh well'. Stay away from these guys for car keys. Maybe cheaper than anyone else but if it doesn't work, good luck getting a resolution or your money back.

I called for a 'non emergency' service so they scheduled it for the next day - what is great - then called about 1h latter saying they were able to come the same day (even better). Gary was very professional, no nonsense. Because we fell confident, we ended up adding other services we thought we needed , and he was able to accommodate it on the same call!

Also, we asked his opinion on replacing our condo lock to a wifi style one and he gave us all types of advice. When the bathroom lock in a beauty salon doesn't work you need help FAST!Craig was my tech. He was prompt, personable and got the job done quickly. I was expecting that I might have to pay for a new lock but Craig had my lock fixed in 10 minutes!! Being new in Naples, I happened to visit the shopping center where A Locksmith is located and stopped in to see if they could help me. I wanted to install a deadbolt with a keypad so I could leave my key in my purse. Gary came to complete the job, and did so quickly and efficiently. We at Accounting for Profitability recently relocated our offices to the Coconut Mall and called 'A' Locksmith to change our exterior locks and a file cabinet lock. Our appointment was scheduled and confirmed by 'A' Locksmith in a timely manner. On the day of the appointment, Craig was on time, pleasant, professional and ready to work.
