Best in the business, saved our day three times! They can key anything, if you buy your hardware there they will rekey it to match your existing key at no charge! Late model car key needed? They can do it for 1/3 the price of the dealer, and they will do it while you wait ( my experience was in and out in 15 minutes).

I am flabbergasted by the service that my company received from Affordable Lock. I own an auto repair shop. We had a Toyota that needed the Pass Key System reprogrammed. We called Affordable to ask if they could do the job. They said yes no problem. The first technician arrived at 9:00am and he attempted to reprogram the car and was unable to reprogram it so he called another technician for help. The second technician arrived at 9:45am and both technicians then tried to reprogram the car. At 11:00am the 2nd technician said that they were unable to reprogram the car because they did not have the equipment necessary to do the job. The next day I saw a charge on my credit card for $177.00!! I did not receive a receipt and did not sign any paperwork so I assumed that they were not charging us because they were unable to repair the car. I called the manager at Affordable and she said that they charged my card for a service call even though they were unable to repair the car. I asked her why they were charging us if they were unable to repair the vehicle. She said they charge even if they can't fix it! This is absurd!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Quick service, friendly technician. The only problem I had with 'Affordable Lock' & Security is that it is really NOT 'affordable' as the company name suggests. I realize the company has overhead costs to pay, but when the technician had to drive only about 2 miles, then takes a lock picking tool and opens your door within a couple of minutes, the charge of $100.00 plus tax was exhorbitant! I'll call around for more reasonable pricing if I need a locksmith again!

My experience with rays locksmith has been horrible. I was mis led into buying two keys that werent even the right ones. Rays fried the e.c.u board in my vehicle by not knowing what they were doing. And now Im close to 500 bucks in the hole and cant get a straight answer from anyone even the higher ups. For a company thats so quick to take your money they sure are having a heck of a time returning it. My recommendation is to not use rays for anything more then an accidental wrong numbe call. Id use Kermits who was the man that finally got us back on track

Needless to say I was expecting to leave without being able to get a key made. 10 minutes and now I have mutiple keys that work, all with a price I felt was rediculously low. I even questioned the price .thought I misheard. All with a very pleasant attitude and nice store front.

We have used Ray the Locksmith several times over the years at my place of employment. They have always come through and provided excellent service, with very friendly and helpful technicians. Today we had our door handle decide to just stop working without warning. We could not open our front door at all and had clients scheduled to come into the office. I called and they had a technician here within ten minutes and had the handle fixed in no time! Thank you!!!

I contacted the company on Monday, made an appointment for Wednesday morning. Marty called ahead of time to confirm the appointment, showed up exactly when he said he would. He was very professional and friendly. He asked for me to confirm what I needed to be done. I did not have keys for the locks that I needed re-keying, only for one of four doors in the home. He went right to work and was completed in less than an hour. I was very pleased with the promptness, professionalism, the time it took to complete the job and was pleasantly surprised with the cost of the service. I expected more. I definitely recommend this locksmith and would definitely use again.

Absolutely one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Very disappointed with this place. Dropped off lock set for my office at 1:15 pm. They said it would be done within a hour. Go back at 4:45 and they never even looked at it and was told to bring it back tomorrow. So I'm supposed to leave my office unlocked all night? Stay clear of this business.
