My son lost is motorcycle key and they went all the way to him and was going to do the job for a very reasonable rate. When tech arrived my son found the key. They were very understanding and asked if I would pay the very small service fee and even made him a spare. You guys are great, this was outstanding customer service. I recently bought a antique car. The seller did not have the door keys to lock and unlock the car. I called around but could not find anyone who would service or even a door lock cylinder for the car. I contacted Advance Auto Locksmith and they were able to create a key for my original door cylinder. The staff was very helpful and service was quick. Definitely check them out if you need keys made.

Did it the first time and it just took them about 30 minutes tops. and they did it within my Budget GREAT PRICE. if you need a car key made i Bet they can do it But I'm not a Betting man. Lost my keys and they had a gentleman come out to make a new key. We sat there over 9 hours and the only thing he managed to do was wreck my car. He took apart my whole steering wheel. Afterwards my blinkers never worked and my ignition was all messed up. I called the cops and they came but couldnt do much. I called the company and they wouldnt even reimburse the fee they charged let alone compensate me for the damages!!! I called Triple AAA had my key within 20 minutes. Triple AAA went in my trunk and got what they needed to make a key. Stay away from this company!!!

After going to four different places in one day to get my broken car key replicated, this place did the job perfectly and even went above and beyond to ensure I had the best customer service. After having three locksmiths look at my older vehicles door lock, none can figure out how to fix it. Advance locksmith was able to take the entire lock apart and fix it fast.They are definitely Advanced but they can also do old school magic.Highly recommend

AAA sent Advance Auto Lockmith our to our home to unlock our car that had a dead car battery and wouldnt unlock with the key. I offered him coffee and before I got it started the car was open and the hood was up. Seriously, well under 3 minutes! All we asked him to do was to open the car but he fixed the door (why the key wouldnt work in the lock), charged the battery, and then, when it wouldnt hold a charge, removed it and took it to my other car so that I could replace it! WELL above and beyond. I had a great experience with both Thomas, the technician, and Tia, the dispatcher. I would absolutely recommend Advance Auto Locksmith, although I hope to not need them in the future.

The Dispatcher/Office Manager is SUPER rude, very unprofessional. I called the office asking for the owner to let him know about my experience with her and she won't even deliver the msg... The service from the guy who opened my car was amazing and very professional. In my opinion the company will do MUCH better if the Dispatcher is replaced.

They advertise 24 hour emergency but I called at 6pm 10/1/2018 and they could not get my key until the next afternoon. Not at all emergency service. Representative was nice!

After a very long morning full of 'things that could go wrong' I locked my keys in the car... I called AAA and luckily for me Advance Auto Locksmith was assigned. Jay arrived right on time, he was so kind and got into my car in less than a minute! He even took the time to answer some questions I had about getting a 2nd key made for my Fiat 500L, and really turned my day around. Excellent service, if I ever find my self needing locksmith services, I know who I'm going to call!!
