Levi has exceptional customer service skills when it comes to how he does his job! He was focused the whole entire time when it came down to my replacement key fob for my 2013 Nissan Altima. Oh and to top it all off he gave me a spare key just in case the car keys are locked inside the vehicle. Highly Recommend!!!

This place is closed down !They moved to a bus in the parking lot. Nobody man's the bus, you have to call and then they ask what you need, then with small work order, they say, sorry they have no one available.I never use them !

I needed a replacement transmitter for my 2005 honda pilot key (my key was fine, but the circuit board was damaged). I found out about this locksmith through a facebook ad. I met Oren at a nearby gas station, and in less than 10 minutes he had swapped out the damaged board and re-programmed it to work with my vehicle. He charged me $120...which was over $100 LESS than the price i had been quoted by the dealership.On my way to the gas station late on a sunday evening, it felt a little sketchy, but Oren was very professional and did great work at the workbench in the back of his large work van. He even gave me a spare battery too. It was also convenient that i could pay with a cash app (we used Zelle, but he said Venmo would have also been fine).Overall, very happy with the service.

Simple - Fast - and Reasonable. Needed two transponder auto keys cut and programmed, along with the fobs programmed for my 2016 Buick Enclave. Dealer wanted $145 per key/fob! Tried without any luck at Ace Hardware, Lowes, and Home Depot - no one was willing to do aftermarket. Ace told me I just threw my money away purchasing aftermarket from Amazon, as they would never work. Called Universal Locksmith in Orlando, and Sy King said no problem for less than a third of what the DeaIer was asking. I went to him, and he completed the whole job in 30 minutes. Everything worked perfectly the first time. I highly recommend them.

Locked myself out of my house and lost my only front door key. I called Levi and he was at my place within 30 min, got the door open, and was able to make spare keys just using the lock as the guide, which another competitor told me wasnt possible. He is like the Keymaker from the Matrix. Saved me from having to buy and install a new lock. Work was done fast and for very reasonable price. Levi is the best locksmith in Orlando!

Last Sunday was locked out of my car. I called a locksmith previously and their rate was $90 plus $30 cancellation charge after waiting an hour for no one to show; but I called this company they have a flat rate for moments like this. Levi was at my car within 20-25 minutes of what he quoted and his work was by far the best and friendliest. Levi is also up to date and accepts cashapp. Replacement key was purchased for only $50. Knowledgeable, honest, affordable, fast and friendly. If that doesn't convince you, then I don't know what will. Levi was my tech, and not only did the job, he also gave me good advice about my car key remote's batteries. This guy's will not rip you off like a dealership would do just for programming a couple of key fobs. Plus, they cut the emergency keys right on the spot! That would cost you between $350 to $500 easy at a car dealership. They did it for just a fraction of that price. Look no further! Call these guys.

Went today to Universal Locksmith to program a key for my car. Shopped around prices before selecting Universal and they were the best price I could find by far. Not only was the price great, but the service was amazing!!! This was after hours and the shop was closed but when I called, Shawn said he would meet me at the store and went and opened it for me. The service was great. I also asked him that I needed to change the battery for my other car key and he just did it as a courtesy. He was very professional and very honest. He was able to program my car key without any trouble. I highly recommend him. I will be coming back if I ever need a locksmith again.

Committed service doesn't come like this too often (unfortunately). Levi was not initially able to get a key remote to work with my recently purchased, pre-owned Corolla. After exhausting the inventory on his truck, he promised (with the support of his supervisor), that they could find one that matched and worked in a few days. Upon his return 3 days later (and continued communication in between), he was finally able to get the new remote programmed. One key programmed quickly. They had challenges with the second one but this guy was not to be defeated by technology! Late into the evening Levi finally got everything working...and this was after a long day of 15 calls before me!Reasonably priced, out-of-this world service, nice guy...yea I'd recommend in a heartbeat! In fact, Levi should be cloned in the service industry. The other posts on Google convinced me to make the call. I'm glad I trusted those reviews and did so.
