Great folks! They arrived as indicated by my insurance road service and tried to trouble shoot for me. Did have to tow it and they took a change of where I wanted it towed to, in stride and made it happen. Highly recommend.

Understood the situation with my son and his car. As they were on a time constraint and were unable to help, she did recommend a couple of other places. Great towing company!!! I hit a deer, which caused my truck to be undriveable. Called X-Bones and they responded immediately despite the EARLY morning hour. I was going to have the truck towed to my home, but they were able to pull the bumper off the tire and make the truck mobile again, which will make it much easier for me to have it repaired. VERY friendly and genuine people and they don't over charge you. I'll definitely use them again next time I need a tow.

I had an amazing experience with this company. My vehicles brakes went out in the middle of my trip down to West Palm. I searched 'best towing' into google, and found this place. The price to tow to the mechanic was the cheapest I've seen & they got my vehicle there before I got to my destination. The lady (cant remember her name) made sure to keep me updated, and made sure that I was okay. She was also there to answer every question that I had. I was also going to use them to tow to the junk yard, but last minute, I had a buyer on the vehicle. Use this towing company before any other!!

Bambi and Ray are wonderful people who were warm and welcoming during such a scary breakdown for me. My old car suddenly broke down on an exit and they maneuvered with great expertise and were able to get my car safely back to my apartment. If I could give them more stars I would.

HORRIBLE. I was told by Roadside Assistance the car would be picked up between 630 and 7am. At 7:15 I called X-Bones Towing to see how much longer they would be, and if i could just leave the vehicle with the keys for her(them) to pick up as scheduled (well, late...but that was ok). Uber had already been waiting 15 minutes. She never heard my question, because she was talking over me the whole time, insisting that the 'insurance company' told them 8:30.... She was SO worried about the fact that it 'wasn't their fault they were late' she never even understood the reason for my call (to see if i could just leave the keys) She thought i was going through an insurance company, and when i corrected her (over the phone) she got extremely angry. I could not get in one word to try and find out if i could leave the keys with the car and just head out in my Uber. Finally when i said can i please just speak, she said, 'you know what, I'm calling the provider and telling them we can't pick you up' I had her on speaker the whole time, and Joe the Uber driver was also shocked at the way she was yelling at me, mocking me, and just in general being horrible. Please consider calling someone else.
