I was locked out of my vehicle and I called three times and was told someone would get back to me. After a couple hours nobody returned my calls or inquired as to whether or not I had gained access to my vehicle. They don't have to worry about me ever calling again.

I locked myself out of my truck. Called Pop A Lock and They came out very quickly. Unlocked my car in less than 5 Minutes and I had them make me an extra key while onsite. Very Friendly Staff, Quick Service , and Affordable pricing. I will be adding them into my phone contacts... Just in Case I have this accident again....LOL

Had a great experience with them. Lost my car key so I called and they came within the hour. Made a copy of my car key for about 100$. Very cheap. the other locksmiths were charging me 130-150$. 5/5 would recommend these guys.

Take a piece of advice Pop A Lock - don't advertise yourself as a 24 hour emergency business if you can't be bothered to even return a phone call. Very disappointed by the total lack of customer service! And by the way, they STILL haven't returned my call!

called around 10:40 pm was locked out of my car and a answer machine picked up left my name and number. NEVER CALLED BACK. i was stranded for 3 hours! had to call someone else. so much for 24 hours. 0/10 would rather bust my windows then call these guys again.
