I would have given them a two and a half if it was possible but not quite a three. They made me wait an hour and 15 minutes to get my car unlocked but they told me 30 minutes. Then they wouldn't give me a discount for the long wait. I've never waited more than 45 minutes for a locksmith and they always give me the accurate amount of time before they get there. I went there to get a key made prior to this incident the keys are kind of expensive. The customer service is horrible. There was one worker though who did such a good job but he wasn't supposed to be making my key. The girls who were supposed to be making my key acted as if I wasn't even in the building. That young guy was the only reason they got two and a half stars from me.

Needed a car key made. AAA routed us to them, was told they would call us within 30 minutes to get a quote. Waited an hour and 15minutes when someone showed up. No quote. Paided to have a key made, was told they would come back in 20 minutes with the key It has been over an hour and my mom and I are still sitting the parking lot. Called them back only to be told they had to send the technician out on another call and they will try and get back to us. No idea when or if they are going to come back with the key.If it was going to take nearly 2 hours to make a key, fine. But do not tell me it is only going to be 20 minutes. After your technician showed up and was paid he said we would have the key in 20 minutes. I was going on what I was told. And I never called and canceled the order. Why would I and cancel? This was my mom's car that was stolen by an unscrupulous family member while she was in the hospital, and ditched in the parking lot. We had to get it home, and had no key. After spending 24 hours in the hospital and dealing with a stolen car all I wanted to do was it the car and my mom safely home. So please tell me why I would cancel the order? I do not live in that city. I know none who could help me out. I was using your service because it was the one recommend by AAA.
