Friendly, efficient staff. Easily determined which blanks were needed and cut them accurately. When I tested each key i couldnt tell the original from the replacement key! Prices were quite excellent and fair. Beats the big box store by a country mile!

Hidden away just off of US HWY 19 between Moot and SR 54 right on Manor is Ago Lock & Key. Miss Dana performs magic with finding the correct key base and creating replacements for your needs. Great pricing, friendly staff and open Mon-Sat. I will happily use them for any locksmith needs.

Somehow I lost the key to my Bike. They made 2 keys from my helmet lock. $42.80 with tax. Excellent! Called other place they wanted $85 - $150.00 !!!!Keep their number!!

Grade A all the way! Let me say the guy that had bad customer service must have walked into the other crappy lock smiths in this town because I went in after calling every one else that does locks and they said thats not possible. This place just said absolutely let me show you how easy this is and I walked out saving $250 compared to what other places wanted. Love these guys and I will be back in the future!

Rip off artist, took advantage of my elderly father that has the beginning stages of Alzheimer's disease. He had a Kwik set smart lock that can be rekeyed over and over, the dead bolt he had was keyed from both sides, he did not know that when you perform a rekey, you must do both sides, not just one. The lock smith should have charged my dad a service trip charge and been honest with him and rekey the other side, but they took advantage and sold him a new dead bolt plus installation charges when there was nothing wrong with his original one. Way to bend him over Aro Lock & Key !!

I have been trying to reply to some of the reviews of people that weren't satisfied. So, I will make a review and add those replies here:1) To the man with the father with Alzheimers. How am I to know that your father has Alzheimers? Sometimes when people come in here, they only give us part of a problem and we go based on what the customer says. Sure, the lock may have been a Kwikset double cylinder SmartKey, but if your father only brought in one cylinder, how are we to know? Not knowing who this individual was, it is hard to really reply. Did you come in and talk to us? Also, this happened under the other ownership and has since returned back into our control. 2) To the individual that was a customer for a long time and told we don't do something. You apparently spoke with the new owner who changed a lot of things that the old ARO Lock did regularly. We did however stop making certain types of keys. Again, not knowing exactly what transpired or what kind of key you are referring to, it is hard for me to really respond. However, business changes, practices change, sometimes we have to stop doing certain things because of the cost it might be. There have been and still are a lot of changes in this industry and there are many things that we once did on a regular basis that we either can't or just choose not to do anymore. I ask that you come in to see us and talk to me personally. Give us another shot since we have taken back the company.

Awful customer service, been going here for years getting a special type of key cut. Went in again and was told my the person there 'WE DO NOT DO THIS', when I explained that I have been coming for years to get this done I was told 'YOU ARE WRONG'. Staff was very rude, would not recommend to anyone.
