I went to buy a cordless drill they had to display boxes that were the same drill .would not sell me one because they were out of other drills. then I bought a different drill that said it was $100 they rang it up as 160. I went back and looked none of the drills up there where that much. it was $100 drill the manager came out and said if it rings up that much that's how much it is instead of adjusting the price to what it really was. never go back there again. What is that called false advertisement. charge me almost double for the cheapest drill that got. I don't know why people saying they are helpful. I point out the drill that I want they should get it out the cage and that's it.they just kept walking away.

Been to this store many times in the past, only when I needed something very quickly, always left with a sour taste. People sucked and there was always issues at checkout with getting proper changes , I even witness a mother come in and question the manger or owner about her 14y old son buying spay paint.. he told her it's not his problem.. Now current time, my last 4-5 visits have been very pleasant, staff is assume, more than willing to help, it must be under to owners or at least management, it's a pleasure to spend my money there, I've been back to store 3 times this past weekend.

I bought a chain saw after Irma. I was told 30 day warranty if it broke. After 2 days it won't run. I called the store and was told it's a warranty issue I would have to send it to the manufacturer they could not help me from the owner. Not very good business ethics in my opinion and I will tell everyone I can that they don't stand behind there word and not to shop there. I think I will also call the news. After a major hurricane you would think a business would want to work with there loyal customers. I guess I will no longer be a loyal customer.

Real Review here! The Nut and Both section is catching up to the diverse selection at the much bigger Titusville has! And thats saying something!Great local please that has what PSJ needs in general. Staff is always helpful and kind. Been going to that location for 20yrs, not 1 complaint! Anyone that has a prob is a unseasonable miserable person, the staff has been seen beding over backwards for people who do nothing but comlain
