They were very quick, professional, and were able to save me money by offering new keys instead of changing my house locks completely! They were very friendly and easy to talk to as well. They provided me with new house keys, sprayed the keyholes so they would be smoother to use, made me a new car key, and helped me retrieve my keys from my car when I accidentally locked them in the week before. I highly recommend using them! Be patient and remember they have a lot of customers to help, but they're worth the wait!

They got the job done, but there is room for improvement when it comes to customer service. Short version: the technician showed up two and a half hours after the schedule time and the company was not proactive in communicating that there would be a delay. Long version: I called and made an appointment for a door re-key and was quoted a price and told that someone would come between 2-4PM. The technician did not show until 6:40PM. I never received a called informing me that the technician would miss the appointment window. At 4pm, I called the office for a status update and was told the the technician would contact me directly with an update. After waiting 30 minutes for the call to come through, I called the office once more and was told that the technician was behind schedule and that he would call me after he finished his current job. The technician called me around 6PM and show up about 40 mins later. Before he started working on the door, I asked him to confirm that the charge would be the same as what was quoted. He said that the office gave the wrong quote, that the fee should be $20 more, but he honored the quote. He got the job done quickly and I was happy with his work.

Ed the friends of a dispatcher for 10 years called me after the dispatcher said i was harassing her. This was not the case. I was lied to and told 3 different times when Ed would arrive. I watied for the third time i was told it would be another 45 min and finally asked when the real eta was going to be because I needed to relay this information to my boss. Dispatcher got mad called Ed and Ed called my personal phone to cuss and scream at me calling me a fing ahole and I should f myself. This is a joke of a business. I did nor said anything wrong. I even apologized to the dispatcher about my tone multiple times cause I'm running late and I was told multiple times 20 min then 45 then 45 again then another 45 because ed had to go change two tires. I get there is covid and your short staffed but put an eta of 3 hours so I can contact a company who cares about their customers and dosnt call them cussing them out with every name in the book then hanging up. Even if I was in the wrong which I wasn't and never directed any anger or cussed at the dispatcher. I have contacted the BBB as well as USAA. USAA is my insurance company and I had them on conference when ED called. I was told I need to file a lawsuit and this is the action I am planning to do if something isn't corrected about this in the next week. I will never do business and I will make sure everyone i know stays away from this joke of a company.

I really appreciated the quick service. I was told the technician would arrive within 30-45 minutes. It may have taken 15 minutes for him to arrive. He was super professional and had the door open within 3 minutes. Only $49 for the service is way better than a lot of services advertise.

Called and got price, hung up got a couple more and called back, price went from 49 to 79 and Paul was very rude all I stated was I could of been told hey if you call after 7 it will go up but no one said that and to have a attitude to me when I questioned why and said thats not really nice hes said its a business not about being nice well I will remember that and point taken Pop A Lock is not about nice its all business and its sad with all the fear and things going on and some of the business establishments go above and beyond but not Pop A lock nope all about them

Locked my keys in my trunk today way out in Indiatlantic. Figured on a Sunday I was looking at a couple hour wait and over $100 easy. Called at 2:25, was told an hour. Mike arrived before 3:00 and I was back in my car driving away by 3:15. 45 minutes total, only charged $49, gave him $60. I was very impressed by their response time and price and the professionalism of Mike. Would highly recommend if you're in a pinch. I hope that Mike is given a bit of a bonus if the owner reads these.The woman on the phone was very polite and patient as well. All around a great experience in a stressful time.

Brian was super helpful and amazing throughout this entire process! My key would not turn in my cars ignition. A mechanic told me it was my ignition lock cylinder and the price I was given was twice as much as what I was charged through Pop-a-Lock. Brian rebuilt it and even surprised me by making me two new car keys at no additional cost, one with a button to lock/unlock my car because the door lock has been not working also. Brian had such a great work ethic, very intelligent and handy, and very nice and professional. He fixed my issue very quickly; I could not be happier with the outcome! Thank you so much for getting me back on the road in an affordable and quickly manner! I will definitely be using his services again if anything else comes up.
