K & D Lock and Safe in Stuart, FL is to be avoided at all cost. The Jupiter shop cut and programmed a key that failed. The Stuart store was going to replace it with a new key. I called Mark to make an appointment and he said he would give Matt the message. I played this game for weeks with the Stuart store. Mike from the Jupiter store drove to my house and finally made it right. Extremely disappointed by the way my wife and I were treated. Not professional in the least.

I had several lock cylinders that needed to be rekeyed before installation. I brought them into the store, and within an hour, the work was accomplished and I was on my way. I found their work to be very satisfactory, they were most pleasant to deal with and the price was very fair. I am a satisfied customer and K&D will be the first locksmith firm I turn to, the next time I am in need to such services or products.

I just wanted to let K&D know, you have a great person working on your team. This past Sunday morning, I got a flat tire and did not have the correct tools to change the tire and Matt stopped and ask if I needed help. I told him I did not have the correct tools and I had already called AAA. Matt said no worries I do not live far from here and I'll grab what you need. He was back in a flash and helped me change the tire before AAA arrived. I tried to pay Matt he said 'No' just pay it forward. With a handshake Matt gave me a couple business cards and went on his way. There are still good people in the world and I wanted to make sure I took the time to tell Matt THANK YOU!

First, I went to 5 different places that offer to 'make keys' before I found these guys, and nobody could make the key that I needed. These guys explained to me why, and offered me a couple solutions. They then came out to my place of business the next day and solved my problem. They were on-time, professional, quick, and their price was fair.

Amazing, amazing, amazing. We got here right at 9am- they were open. We'd had 4 badly duplicated keys from Lowes, he immediately saw they wouldn't work (wrong base). He had the right base for the 30 year old lock and made us 3 great keys in under 3 minutes.

K&D were fantastic! After being told by another local locksmith that they couldn't help me, I called them because I was locked out of my house during storms (the power had gone out so the garage door wouldn't open, and I didn't have my house key with me). They were headed to my house within a few minutes of my call. The power came back on and I was able to get in before the tech, Matt, arrived. I called him to let him know and he was incredibly professional and didn't seem put-out like many other companies I have called after hours. Although I didn't need their services, I have added them to my contacts and will call them again if needed because of how quickly they responded and because of their kindness and professionalism.

My husband and I got our key broke in our ignition and he was able to still make another key out of our ruined broke key. Was such a nice man i would greatly encourage any and everyone to go here. Great service. Another places tried ripping me off saying it will be $100 for one key for our mustang but we got two keys for $15! But in Florida!!!!
