Lowe's and Home Depot did not have the key blank for the pad lock I use for the shed. I needed 2 copies and went to Benny's. 10 minutes and $9 and I was out the door with the 2 keys! Very satisfied.

I needed a key made that was to a small safe. I did not know about Benny's Key Shop but after taking my key to be made elsewhere without luck, they suggested that I go to Benny's. I was greeted by 2 very helpful people. They made my key and told me that I could bring in another safe that I broke a key off in. I returned home to pick up the other safe and came back a short time later and they solved my broken key problem, fixed my other small safe, and made a new key for me. This all happened in one afternoon... Affirming my belief in the necessity for local businesses, and superb customer service. I know from now on I will only ever go to Benny's for keys and anything else lock related. They have my sincere thanks.

Just had a fantastic experience with Benny's. I had called to schedule an appointment yesterday. I received an email reminder this morning before the appointment and they arrived on-time! We have had issues with our front door and had the previous installer out several times because it wasn't working properly. Benny's diagnosed it rather fast and they appear extremely knowledgeable as I was educated on many aspects I did not know. I will continue to use them going forward for all our locksmith needs.

I have used Benny's several times and it is always a pleasure. Austin is a very friendly man and extremely knowledgeable. He is prompt and thoroughly explains what needs to be done. He definitely is interested in what solution best serves the customer. I always highly recommend Benny's to all of my friends and relatives. I don't write reviews, no time, but had to do this. Another locksmith installed a deadbolt too tight, I broke the lock. Then I destroyed the lock trying to get it out and all left was the bolt. Called Benny's there in 20 minutes! Had bolt out in five minutes new one in five minutes....done! Going to have these guys on speed dial!

They made copies of non standard keys for me. It was quick, courteous service, and the prices are very reasonable , better than Home-depot (who couldn't make the keys I needed).
