Original person who answered the call was not terribly friendly but it was a Monday morning and this place had great reviews so I gave my information. I got a call a few minutes later from Al, the technician and he was super great and got my sons car fixed. They key wouldn't turn and was about to have towed to a garage to fix it. Al even took a look at another vehicle I had and was able to help with that problem as well. Nice guy and fixed it!

Outstanding service! Al awakened me from sleeping on my office floor under my desk due to being locked out of my home. He expressed how he treats each call as an emergency and arrives as soon as possible. He even made me fresh keys on the spot to eleminate the chances for scams or theft. This locksmith company was amazing. We were stuck on our balcony on the 2nd floor and the tech climbed up so he could unlock the slider instead of costing us a lot more money to drill out the deadbolt. He went above and beyond what was expected and got to our house in only 13 minutes. Plus the price was very low! I will use y.d.g for all my locksmith needs in the future!
