These reviews have to be fake. These people are awful. Called multiple times over multiple hours and kept getting the same run-around. They never showed up. Dont bother!Edit following response from company:I now see how you have 99% positive reviews - you have the negative ones removed! I am not a competitor, but a consumer who was locked out of his car for 3+ hours waiting on your company to get it together. Indeed you did not serve me, as I was able to find another company to help pick up the ball you guys dropped.

Would highly recommend Smart Locksmith !! Roy answered my call after hours, worked with my schedule and was on time for the appointment. He even managed to repair the broken remote that I thought I was going to have to throw away. So in the end we received a new remote, repaired an old remote and still wound up at half the price of one remote from the dealership. Couldnt have had a better outcome and experience !!
