Ive had my keys locked in my ford truck while on a very busy day and called Jerrys and they were so helpful and quick with getting me setup for a technician too come out and within a very short period of time Mr. Herman one of the owners showed up and was very nice and friendly and understanding and within the blink of an eye he already had my door open without damaging anything or struggle and had me ready too head on back too my errands!! Best service Ive received in quite a while, would highly recommend for any locksmith needs!!

Friendly staff. I walked in with an odd lock from a storage shed and they made two keys for me in about12 minutes for less than 16 bucks. Nice job ladies!

Very professional and extremely helpful. I had them change all the locks at our lake house to digital. They were very professional and helpful on the ordering and had great product knowledge. They were patient when explaining and installing the locks. I would definitely recommend them!

Called this guy @ 5:40a.m. Nothin' but recordings of 'having phone trouble' on 3 different lines. Finally called Athens Lockout Services where a human being answered the phone and was there to help us in 30 min's.Total waste.

Slow service. Not friendly. Required purchase of their car key in order to program it and laser cut. When it was finished it did not work properly. I requested refund and received it with no apologies. Felt some hostility.

I can't say enough nice things about this company or its owners. After having called several other locksmith companies in the area who either said they could not help me or canceled appointments on me, I luckily found Jerry's Lock and Key online. I made a frantic call to them after hours and spoke with the owner, who assured me he could help, and I set up an appointment with them the following morning. Everyone was pleasant and professional, and they were able to fit me into a tight schedule a couple hours after I called. The owners were both present when they came to help me, and they were able to get the work done extremely quickly and at a fair price. Hopefully I won't need to be calling them back for anything anytime soon, but this is the only locksmith company in Athens I will ever again use. Good, family-oriented company with plenty of integrity - I highly recommend!

Lying con artist local trailer trash... Like the local auto mechanics biz, ALL of the local lock shops are sick jokes riddled with ex-cons-- or people who would be if they had ever got caught. They will soak you for 3 times more than you would pay for the same thing on-line. Bank-rolling THIEF VERMIN TRASH wipes out everything virtuous about 'buying local.'

NOTE! Goolgle has outdated info: They moved down the street to 2198 Lexington Rd in Athens.Great service and a variety of very cool key designs (guitars, superheroes, etc). Reliable and fast if you get locked out of your car. INCIDENTALLY, for the guys complaining about key replacements, if they have to CREATE a new key, from a wax casting, it is time- consuming and you should've had a spare key made for your car BEFORE YOU LOST THE LAST ONE YOU HAD!
