Great experience during a bad time. It was my first time (hopefully my last time as well) locking my keys in my brand new car. I called my insurance company about 40 minutes before calling Dee Locksmith. The person answering was kind and they still showed up before progressive (yes i called them out because it's the truth) . My car was unlocked and I was in my car so fast, I was still telling the story of my failed roadside assistance call. No scratches or dings on my new car (and I checked thoroughly ). Anyway, Great Experience under the circumstances. Thanks!

I do not recommend!! Price gouging! Charged me 150 dollars to simply unlock car door of a 95 Honda prelude. I didn't have time to research prices because I was at the gym at 4:30 a.m. for a workout before my workday started. Quoted a minimum of 35 dollars over the phone with a 15 dollar service fee..then skyrocket to 150 for simply unlocking the door which took him every bit of 2 minutes!!! Never again and will let everyone I know to stay away!
