After closing on a new home, I researched a few locksmiths around town and decided to give QuickPro Locksmith a call. I had the pleasure of getting Doug as my locksmith. He was right on time! He was able to re-key and upgrade my locks at a reasonable rate. I like that he was upfront about the costs when he came out to review the locks and address any concerns I had. He was very professional and friendly which is a great representation of QuickPro Locksmith and not to mention he went out of his way to go get specific locks I requested and returned within a reasonable time to complete the installation. I would recommend and use this company again because of the service I received from Doug! He rocks!

QuickPro was fabulous. They sent me Doug, who made it to my location in less than 15 minutes. Doug was very professional and very kind, and he was VERY patient with my somewhat finicky old car despite the cold, pouring rain. I cannot recommend this company highly enough--they were also very affordable, given the speed with which they arrived and the effortlessness it took to open the car (literally 2 minutes).

Called early this morning and left a message. My call was returned in less than 5 minutes by the dispatcher. The locksmith, Doug, called me 5 minutes later to confirm address and time to meet at my condo on Tucker. He arrived on time, and had me in my house within 5 minutes of arrival. Doug was pleasant and professional. Am putting their number in my contacts on my phone in case I lock myself out of the house again! And it definitely was less expensive than another locksmith I had used when I lived in Brookhaven several years ago. Thank you Doug!

After getting over my denial that I had lost BOTH keys to my 2013 Prius, I researched locksmiths online. Since dealers were somewhat lacking in this department, I settled on QuickPro, based on the reviews. After a couple of conversations with both the locksmith and the dispatcher, I was comfortable enough to pull the trigger. They kept me informed of their expected ETA, were on time and did a great job. Provided me with two new keys on the spot, including getting into my locked car, connecting with the onboard computer, and machining new keys right there. The entire process took less than an hour, and I didn't have to have the car towed to a dealer. After a week, all functions on both keys still work perfectly. Well done, Richard!

5 Stars Great experience for first time user with my 2005 Mercedes. My one and only original key broke which made the car inoperable. Came same day and ended up with 2 keys for the price of 1 from Mercedes dealer without the 3-5 day wait. Very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable technician. It turned out, not only my key fob but also my car battery died for some reason. Richard not only help me reprogram my key fob but also helped to jump started my car and charged my battery.

This service call with Doug is the embodiment of exemplary customer service! First - since I called late afternoon, I was expecting to have to schedule a next day appointment (if lucky), but I got a call back within a few minutes, and Doug was on the way to my home. He quickly surveyed my requests, which were 1. enlarging the hole on my door to accommodate a new lock that my husband was going to install, 2. re-key a side door to match all the other locks on our house, and 3. re-key and make new keys for my 2 garage doors. The quote was extremely reasonable, so we had Doug begin work. He ran into a bit of an issue with my garage doors, and had to make a trip to his shop, but got back and continued working. While Doug was working, I thought of a few other door hardware/frame issues I was having (that had been annoying me for years), and Doug fixed those for me as well, for only a tiny additional amount. On top of that, not only did Doug enlarge the hole on the door to accommodate the new lock that my husband was going to install.....he went ahead and installed the new lock! To put the cherry on top of an exceptionally well-done job, Doug was so personable and friendly - I felt like we'd known each other for years! If every customer/supplier interaction could be like this, the world would be a much happier place.....

These guys are lightning fast! I called at 8:30am to schedule an appointment to have my mailbox lock broken and and new one installed. I got a call back from the Doug the technician in less than 30mins and he arrived at 9:45am. Doug was super friendly and worked quickly finishing in exactly one hour! He showed me that the lock was operational and took my debit card payment with a mobile terminal. The cost was $95. 10/10 would recommend.

Doug at Quickpro Locksmith is my hero! My door lock wasn't working at all. I was very frustrated. Doug came out quickly. Doug was very polite. Doug was very friendly AND Doug was extremely professional. Doug looked over my lock (which I was completely prepared to replace) and tested it. Doug turned to me and said that he didn't think I needed to replace it. Doug said he was pretty sure he could fix my lock. In a few minutes my lock was fixed and Doug was on his way.
