This is by far the worst place to order a safe. Long story short they charged my husbands card for the total amount of the safe, 1 month later after emails and calls with no response we had to physically go by the store. Met with the lady who took the order to only find out that she had not even ordered the safe yet. Mind you, they charged us and got their money a month ago!!!!!!!!! Asked when she would order it...her answer was I DONT KNOW SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE AND SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE! They are worthless and have the worst customer service around.

I live in St. Marys, GA which is 45 minutes south of Brunswick. I walked out of my house forgetting to grab the keys before the door shut. I called the local locksmith he couldn't get to me, said it would be hours. He then suggested that I call the locksmith in Kingsland. I did and it was the same story. He recommended that I call Collins Lock & Safe. A woman answered, informed me of there location, because that automatically meant it wouldn't be super quick that they could get out to me. I informed her the I especially closest to me we're unavailable. Her technicians were all busy but she wanted to help me so she asked if she could call me back. I waited less than 5 minutes before she called back and had someone on their way to my rescue. He arrived within 45 minutes and had my door open in less than 30 seconds. This was not the first time I locked myself out of this house, but the first time the person damaged the structure of my door and told me I needed to replace it. Collins Lock & Safe didn't leave any damages and they were $20 - $30 less than my local guys. They will have a forever customer!! I really can't say enough great things or demosyradem the appreciation I have for them.
