Anthony was so helpful twice for me. I locked my keys in my car along with my groceries, he got to me and had me in the car within 15 minutes of doing it. He then made another service call to me the next day to cut a spare key that I had purchased and programmed the remote for me as well. Really great service.

Anthony was amazing! I called the office and they told me a locksmith would be contacting me shortly. About 5 minutes later Anthony called to confirm what I needed and my location and was out here in under 30 minutes! He was pleasant and kind a definitely made a stressful situation a pleasant experience. He was patient with me asking a lot of questions to understand and was able to explain everything without confusion! He even had suggestions as to how to avoid this in the future! He was fast and efficient and I couldnt have experienced customer service this great anywhere else. The price was affordable even! I dont plan to ever need the service again because who wants to lock themselves out of their car, but if I do I definitely have their number on speed dial!! If I could give 10 gold stars I would! Thank you for such an amazing experience as this was my first time ever dealing with something like this.

I called for a locksmith through Triple A with much regret because of my previous experiences. I felt the contracted locksmiths was taking advantage of me because I was down and stranded twice with my key broken off in the door. There prices was absurd because I checked around both times before they came and with Triple A already covering $100 dollars I didn't think it wasn't going to be maybe $30- $40 dollars more out of my pocket. Both times it was between $110- $120 dollars. I complained both times and I told one guy I checked on the price from car dealer before he came and that his price was almost two times the dealer, he told me to go to the dealer. But I must say Am-pm sent the locksmith out by the name of Anthony who first of all allowed me to rant and rave to him about my experience and the politely said, you won't have that experience with me. Anthony kept his word and I felt Anthony help me regain a little trust in locksmiths, but only if he is doing the job. Give this man a raise

I couldnt be happier with the service I received! I was connected to AM/PM through AAA; I needed a new ignition key made after losing my car keys. Anthony was the technician dispatched to my house. The company called once to confirm my appointment and Anthony called once to confirm a time window. ALL of this happened within a 3 hour time frame!! Once at my house Anthony explained the process and fees and started as soon as proof of ownership was confirmed. Highly recommend

I called them to unlock my 2016 Ford Fusion . Anthony came within less then 30 minutes and got right into the job. He was very careful with my door opening and ended up having to make my key in a quick manner and got my key out the trunk right away. Amazing service.

I called yesterday to get 2 keys programmed and cut. They had one of their techs (Dagan) call me back. I meet him 30 minutes later and it took maybe 15-20 minutes to program 2 key fobs and to cut 2 door keys. I already had my own key fob and key but for the price the dealership would have charged me to program 1 key he was able to program both plus cut the 2 door keys. Then he had me check the key fob & door keys several times to make sure everything was in good working order. I will definitely use them again if the need arise.
