Prices are high but he did have what I needed but also charged me $20 for 2 round 2025 batteries.. SMH.. which where $4 for the set at home Depot he was like that's what I charge for mines.. I was like wow .

Called at 10:30am. Set an appt up for 12pm. Tech called to ask some questions about what I needed done. Said he needed to check on if he could complete the key programming, would call me back. Waited 30 mins. No call back. Called them 3 times to find out why was the status of my appt. KeyMe kept saying he was in his way. Waited till 1pm. Called them back to cancel. KeyMe asked since the tech was 10-15 mins away, would I pay a $19.99 appt fee since I was canceling. Really? Youre an hour late and you want a fee? Cant believe you would even ask. No apology at any point. You need to get out of this business. Its not for you and your team.
