This business is very unprofessional and I am very upset I have spent my money and time here with no refund at all available. The company showed lack of respect & inconsideration for my time and money. We specifically discussed ways to unlock my car. Money payed and failed attempts. No call backs. No emails. Days have passed and finally I hear from them to say we cannot help you. The unprofessionalism has me in disbelief. If you want effective service and promising results.... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!!!!!

The manner in which customers are treated and spoken to is absurd as is the level of unprofessionalism exhibited. Not only was the owner completely unwilling to accommodate his customers, he was also unwilling to rectify an error caused due to his inability to perform his job and complete lack of knowledge of newer vehicles and their features. To add insult to injury, he was disrespectful when confronted regarding the aforementioned error. I feel taken advantage of as a young woman simply trying to support a local business. Do not waste your money here. The owner is a crook and con artist.

Dean Simmons owner/operator helped my disabled sister who locked her keys in her car. He answered his phone very prompt & professional. He had a pleasant demeanor & let me know he would be out to help my sister in 22 minutes. The job was completed in a matter of minutes and Dean was so professional. I highly recommend Blues American Locksmith! Btw I called 3 other google listings supposed to be in griffin. They let phone ring & not one but two employees were rude & not willing to lift a finger to help. I let them know thats why they have a 2 star rating. If I could give Dean a 6 or a 10 I would. I witnessed him dupe my friend out of 80 dollars while he knew that he wasnt going to be able to help her. As A MAN thats something you just dont do. As a BUSINESSMAN he should have gave her refund. Instead he blamed her. She called another lock smith and he was fast and professional he even offered me a job. I think his company was called All Lock.

I was very disappointed with this experience. After paying for a service that he was not able to do he refused to give me my money back. In the economy we are in right now this is not the type of business anyone should give a chance. I would give zero stars if I could.

I had locked my car with the keys in the ignition and the car running. I tried for about 4 hoursc to get into my car without any luck. And realized it was Adonis 12am. I called Blue locksmith and the young man came out very quickly and had entry to my vehicle within 5 minutes. He was very reasonably priced and just a genuine person to come out at that time of night. Oh let's not forget, it started raining after I called him so he had to work in the rain also. I was short on cash so he worked out a price with me. I will be recommending this locksmith to everyone I know.! thank you Dean!

He saved my life at Atlanta Motor Speedway. Called him early Monday morning and he was able to quickly get on site and travel to my car on foot. I was in the crowded campgrounds when I locked my keys in the trunk. Would have been stranded ten hours from home without him.

Efficient and professional from the moment he answered the phone! It took him less than 20 minutes to get to me and very reasonably priced! He made sure to ask if my phone battery was okay and called a few minutes out! I hope its not a reoccurrence for me to lock my keys in the car...but Ill def call him again- should it happen!
