Stranded with everything locked in my car early on a cold Sunday morning at a gas station that was not open. Lucky for me some passersby let me use their phone to call my road service. He arrived in about 1/2 the time I was told. Thank you so very much for your fast and efficient service!

I called and they answered on the first ring. Told the very nice young lady I was stranded at Home Depot and ask could they come and tow my truck home she said no problem and she was sending someone right away. Nice man was there in about 15 min ask if I had tried to jump truck off I said no, he got out a jump box tried it and got it started then followed me home to make sure I didnt have any trouble! Would Highly recommend Wicker Towing! Fast friendly and concerned!!

I've used three different tow companies in the past and Mark with wicker towing was the best. He even sent a text the next day telling he was hoping my day was going better. 10 STARS!!! This company is, without a doubt, the definition of customer service! They were contacted by our roadside assistance insurer...completely random. Mark arrived before his scheduled ETA. He.asked how many people in our party and brought a truck large enough to accommodate all 4 of us. It was 8:00 pm and we had 255 miles left on our return trip home. We really needed to get home for a job commitment. Mark stayed with us and searched as hard as the rest of us did for car rentals or plane tickets to meet our needs. When nothing panned out, he called a fellow driver and made arrangements for him and his wife to drive us ALL THE WAY HOME! Thats 6 hours round trip for this couple. SUPER friendly! INCREDIBLY caring and FAR ABOVE the call of duty for a tow service. Its gonna sound corny, but its true. The team at Wickers Towing has renewed my faith in humanity! I would positively recommend them to anyone in need of roadside assistance or any towing job. Thank you SO MUCH to the team at Wickers Towing!!!

Had a flat tire called for road side assistance and the diet people that were suppose to come didn't show because they didn't have the tools to fix my tire. Called back for more assistance and they sent the guy from this tow company and he was great! Got to me faster than expected and got my tire changed in no time.
