This company is so unprofessional. They dont even have the decency to call you to let you know that theyre not going to show up for their appointment. We were told by technician that hed be at our house Friday between 7pm-8pm and told us the price would be around $200+ because of a chip. Forward to 8:30 we called and someone told us that we told the technician that we couldnt afford that price so they cancelled. Ok fine. We gave them another chance when they told us theyd be out again on Saturday between 11-12pm. My husband called around 11:30 to make sure that someone was going to come out. Got a receptionist giving him the runaround saying theyre waiting on UPS for the key. At this point Ive spoke to her and asked her whats the tracking number? She went back and forth saying her supervisor are looking it up and shell call back. I told her no, they can look up the tracking number now. I can wait. Found out the key wont be delivered until tomorrow Sunday. So I asked her did they even have the key yesterday when someone lied and said we couldnt afford it so no one came out or they just were lazy and didnt want to come out on a Friday evening? I will say receptionist did the best she could to handle the lack of professionalism but her company didnt even have the decency to call us to let us know no one was going to come out today. So my family waited on this company for two days, put our schedule on hold only to have to call them ourselves to find out whats going on. I asked if Id be getting a discount for wasting my days waiting to which she said no they cant give us the discount because thats the lowest for our make and modelSo we told them this is poor business and we wont be needing their help. Called another company and theyre able to come out same day with a fraction of the cost!!! Please dont give this business your time and money its not worth it. If I could rate this as a 0 I would.Not sure if the 5stars ratings below mine are even legit. Looked up their profile and only one person gave other Hiram businesses ratings but he mentioned Yelp. I couldnt even find this business on Yelp to give them the poor rating they deserve. The other guys are all over the place. Can businesses buy positive ratings?

The best service in town! I sent a question via Yelp on Saturday and promptly received a quote - they were cheaper than 2 others I contacted. I wasn't in a hurry so I called Monday and was able to set up a time the following day for them to change my door lock and make me keys. They texted before they got here and arrived on time - was friendly, efficient, and very fast. I would happily recommend Teel professionail Locksmith to anyone else unfortunate enough to need a locksmith!
