Wes quoted me a good price on vehicle transponder key. He said he was busy in morning and would call me when he was free later. I happen to mention where I lived in comparison to office. He called me later and said he was at business that was few minutes from my house. I met him in parking lot. He was professional, friendly and quick. What more could you ask for? Thanks Wes.

I had just moved into a home I had purchased and needed locks changed on five doors. Scott & Ben came out right away and were professional and reasonable. It's important that in choosing a locksmith you trust them. They had an established reputation throughout Metro-Atlanta, came in a clean well marked van which was fully equipped, wore uniforms and were clean cut. I would highly recommend them.

I am really satisfied with this locksmiths service, I rate them at an awesome 10. I was given a quote up front and there was no surprise increase from the original quote. The technician was professional and polite. He deserve a 10 as well. He was on time, and focused. Very pleasant, answered all of my questions and concerns, I never carry cash, but after dealing with Wes, I regret I did not have any cash on hand, he was deserving of a nice TIP for sure.

Where LITERALLY all other locksmiths failed. Ben and Scott with G&W prevailed. I spent hours scouring the internet for a locksmith that could make a motorcycle key after many people saying they couldnt or that it would be between 200 and 250 I found G&W. I have an old motorcycle that needed a new key and these guys had me a new one in less than 30 minutes and for over $80 cheaper!!! Super friendly and quick. They have me as a lifetime customer. I cannot thank these guys enough.

Somehow my key fell off my keyring that was clipped to my belt loop and we could not find it anywhere. Wes came out the same day and had me 2 new keys programmed and ready in about an hour!! Very reasonably priced and even better service!!

Great first-time experience with G&W! My needs were very simple and Scott was able to provide a quote over the phone (unlike the first two locksmith companies I called who tried to give me the run-around.) Scott was able to come out in a short period of time and fix my issue quickly for a very fair price. Truck, equipment, appearance, and service were very professional. I hope I don't ever need a locksmith again, but if I do, I will be sure to go directly to them.

Scott is the best! He helped me get my safe open for a fraction of the cost and didn't even have to destroy the safe. Other companies I called told me they would have to destroy the safe and would charge me 100 dollars for servicing my safe. He handled my issue as soon as I entered the door! Thank you G&W! Called on a Friday with a semi emergency, I guess it was to me anyway. One of my kids at our childrens home lost my truck key and it was our off day. I figured it would be a few hours even IF they could get to me on same day. I called based on recommendation from a local dealership and they gave me a very reasonable price. Within 20 min G&W arrived, I couldn't believe it . Very personable professional, no hidden charges and finished in 10 min. Wow! Would not hesitate to call again and would highly recommend. The card reader at the gas pump was messed up and I was about to drive to another one when I discovered that I accidentally locked my keys, small children(age 1 and 2), cell phone, and purse inside the car. I panicked!!! A gentleman inside of the store tried to help unlock my car but couldn't. He noticed that this G&W Locksmith was a short distance away and got help for me. Scott was amazing! His quick response and concern to my dilemma (New ignition switch and door key on older pickup) was refreshing! Because of my schedule it was difficult to schedule a time to connect. Scott was proactive in communicating w me to schedule an appointment. Yes, there is still honesty and integrity in the world! So, I have recently completed a long saga around getting keys for a Lexus. Could not have done it without the expert help of Ben at G&W. He was patient with my questions, honest when he was unsure (this was an older car with a very advanced and unusual security system setup), and worked with me along the entire way to get new keys and chips programmed for this car. A truly wonderful experience. Do NOT call anyone else for your needs, especially not a 'lock popper'. The state does not regulate many of these locksmith businesses so you need to find someone you can trust. That is G&W for me, and should be for you too.

Scott was amazing. I am way out the area, but they managed to go out of their way and come to my location. There was a additional service charge but it was explained this was mainly for gas and such. Which is understandable considering just how far I am. They are the only ones to make motorcycles keys at a reasonable price. I was quoted double the price even with the additional charge by other locksmiths. Truly was amazing and he even let me watch and explained the whole process. Would definitely call again.

Scott met me on a Friday afternoon with very little notice to change the locks on a home I manage. He arrived a few minutes early, was polite and very friendly.
