Michael- My tech came and he was very professional and nice! He was easy to approach and gave me great tips for maintenance on my new key. He changed my battery and even applied super glue to keep my key from falling apart. Great customer service and Id definitely give them my business again.

Months ago I initially called Middle GA Locksmith. Chad came out and programmed a remote for my Honda Pilot I was locked out of my car due to the key being worn down. He was polite, prompt, professional and was able to trouble shoot the problem and work on a solution quickly. I was very pleased with the service I received from Chad and M G L so when I began having problems with my remote I looked them up gave M G L a call because my remote started acting funny; it would either lock me out or just wouldnt lock the car so I gave them a call. A tech by the name of Michael came out and calmed my nerves cause I was in a stare of panic. Michael has a very calm and nurturing personality He walked me through everything once he was able to troubleshoot what the problem was and reassured me that everything was going to work properly so I wouldnt have to worry about being locked out of my car. Middle GA Locksmith need to have more techs like Michael and Chad. I highly recommend them to anyone who has an emergency with any type of automobile, residential, or commercial lock situation .
