Insane price!!! They tried to charge me $280 for an E350 van that didnt require a chip! I had to negotiate for a while before he did the job for $200 and took him 5 min to do. I got a key cut from the ford dealership the day before for $4!!! I had no idea the ignition was switched so I had to use a locksmith but Ill never call them again or refer their business to ANYONE

My teenage daughter has locked her keys in her car a few times since getting her liscece (we only have one set). The first couple times i paid a locksmith between $60-$80 to open the door...This time i told her she needs to call one herself and pay for it to teach her a life lesson...Top Notch charged her $120 (she said they dropped it down from $150). That is an outrageous price! The only people that don't realize they are being ripped off are the ones who don't shop around....This company is way overpriced for the simple service that they provide. Picking a lock costs nothing in materials and the labor should be minimal. There are a lot of other locksmiths available that offer lower prices for the same services.

My girls had locked my fiancee car and we were at QT with no phone so someone googled and this locksmith popped up. Mike came out super fast and had us back in our car in 5 min!! He was prompt, professional, reasonably priced and very nice. I would recommend him to EVERYONE!!

Absolute scam. We called prior to them coming out to get a price (as we had locked keys in our truck) in which I was told $19 for the technician to come out and $25 service. The technician arrived shortly and unlocked the truck in less than 5 minutes. When going to pay, the technician said it was going to be $100 through cash app, Venmo, cash, or credit card (even though the paper in his hand said $110 which was also questionable considering it was already written down on a paper, in the trunk, and priced before he arrived). After our absolute shock at what they were trying to charge after the price that was originally told to us, the technician offered to do $80 while the person I called, Alicia, rudely said $25 was the starting free and said the lowest would be $89 as we were a first time customer and basically hung up after. An Uber to get the spare key would have been cheaper than $89 or even $100- so why would we pay that much more if we were told those prices initially? Finally we asked for a supervisor over the phone and agreed to $75 with him despite still being over overcharged. And on top of that the technician snapped at us as well while we were on the phone with his supervisor, trying to sort out the price to pay him, telling us Ive got to go although hed only been there for about 10-15 minutes maximum.Edit- My boyfriend just informed me that while I was on the phone with Alicia, the technician commented white people to him. Apparently my race is a factor for something that had absolutely nothing to do with it. The technicians name is Sebastian Rodass.

I recently requested a rekey of my house locks from another highly rated locksmith company in Kennesaw and they tried to pull a switcheroo on the price from what was quoted by the lady who answered the phone. Worst experience ever! Took almost an hour to show up. I had to wait in my car with AC on because I have a 10 month old and it was 96 degrees. Then he tried to charge much more than quoted. I was told it would be $19 for the service call and $25 to unlock. The technician says it's 35 for the bottom lock and 65 for the top lock. It's the same key for both locks. Like I told the dispatcher when I called that I was locked outside of my house. The technician tells me it's $25 for internal doors not external. This felt like a total bait and switch.
