Was in the market for a new grill/smoker. With Miles in my area and a 'Platinum' Green Egg dealer, I went in not knowing much about the the Green Egg. The knowledge of the staff was amazing. The patience they had for all my questions was appreciated and never felt like I had a dumb question. I would recommend Miles to everyone. They are great! The Green Egg is awesome too by the way.

Repaired my Stiehl blower, and serviced my need for a very short piece of pipe. Helped us with the needs in Port St., Joe/Mexico Beach, Florida. Awesome folks. If you don't have an answer then ask them. Very experienced group of folks. You will NOT find this in the big box stores.

It's a relaxed atmosphere, young guys hanging out with no uniforms but I really like the service. Especially if you need to get a key made or find someone there's always someone available to point you in the right direction. They also do chip keys which is very convenient!
