Technician was sloppily dressed and seemed to be very inexperienced. It took him and hour and a half to gain entry into the house and replace the doorknob. He did clean up after himself, though and was upfront about pricing and his methods of entry.

John and I lost our car keys to our 2013 Chrysler 200. Cale Tinner handled the call and came all the way from to Thomson, Ga to Augusta, Ga in a very timely manner. He saved us $50 by telling us to get the key codes for our car at the dealership instead of buying them from him, which saved us $50. We believe this was extremely generous of him and lets us know we can trust this company. He got here as soon as possible, did an excellent job, and had our new keyless entry remote ready in less than 15 minutes. We highly recommend him and Dixie will have our business again.

I went to Ace and Walmart to have a key made. Ace only had 3 of the 7 copies I needed. Walmart had none. I went to Dixie Lock & Safe. I asked him if he had any...he said ' I have 100 or more' and it was 15 less a key than I had paid at Ace Hardware. Lesson learned. If I need a key I will definitely only go to Dixie Lock and & Safe.

One of the few places in town that could actually program and cut the spare key for my Kia Sedona. The gentlemen who helped me were courteous and polite. And the price was absolutely right what the total cost including a new keychain coming under$63. If I ever need anything again, I will absolutely be coming back to them. Oh, and the smallest helper there was so adorable. Such a good boy!!
