Gentlemen was very helpful. Was able to tell me how to get keys out of the locked trunk of my daughters car. Wasnt able to make the hour drive but gave me successful step by step instructions on how to do it. Was going to be 6 days before dealer would have a new laser cut key in and he told me how to do it. Took less than 5 minutes. Saved my daughters graduation weekend.

Called their office, they told me they would be out by noon the following day. Noon passed so I called them back they said it would be a little while longer and that they would call when they came. A few hours pass, again no ALL PRO so I called back, once again I was told they were coming that day and that they would call once they were on they way Following day still no word. There is NO Pro in what they're doing. I understand if an emergency comes up or a job takes longer than expected and it pushes back mine and their time, but what I am amazed at is that they didn't even give their customer the decency of a follow-up phone call to explain there absence. Honestly, I am surprised they are still in business but based off their reviews they must be competent at least 50% of the time.

If you need locksmith services anywhere in the Middle Georgia area and beyond, this is the place to go. Everything about my experience with these folks from the cost, the quality and especially the customer service was beyond what I'd expect from any other outfit. I called the office and was given a phone number to a Tony. I called him and explained my situation and he said he would fit me in and call me before he was on the way. I never got a phone call from him the rest of the day.
