THIS was the only company in which was honest and actually answered the phone!!!Technician was a magician, was able to get in less than 5 minutes.Highly recommend this company! Complete rip off!!! i called and talked to Ethan about me locked out of my house, he sent a guy name Dean who damage my door and charge me more than 200 dollar, that ridiculous, over charged and poor service. I called other companies and they all quoted me 75-95 to unlock a door, should have done that before I called that company. I will file a complain with the BBB and consumer protection regarding that matter. stay away.
