Awesome service!!! They accommodated me by reprogramming my key while my son had an appointment. I didnt need to be home, they met me at the appointment and did the job right there. Awesome mobile service!!! Will use them again!

Valley Isle Lock & Key saved our anniversary.We were in Maui to celebrate our anniversary, which is on Halloween. We had planned a day of snorkeling, followed by an evening in Lahaina. The day started beautifully - we drove to the dock, we parked, and we saw all sorts of wonderful things.When we returned to the car, I couldn't find the keys. We searched and searched. No keys.The car was a rental, so we called the rental agency at the airport. Surely they would have a backup set of keys? No luck. The best the rental agency could offer was that we call a tow truck and pay to have the car towed back to the airport, then they would give us a new car. We would be out a huge chunk of money and lose the entire day.I'm stressing out at this point. My darling is upset, I'm upset. We're pacing in the parking lot with nothing but bad options in twilight.Fortunately, my darling is smarter than I am and thought to call Valley Isle Lock & Key via AAA. They arrived magically fast. We had a transponder key from a recent model Ford? No problem! We need to have the same key fob to satisfy the rental agency? They had it - and when we returned the car, we had zero problems.Valley Isle solved everything in under an hour. We had a lovely evening and a great end to our anniversary. We only wish we had called them sooner.Thank you, Valley Isle Lock & Key!

My 'anti theft' alarm tripped on in my car. Called and spoke with Terri and he recommended that I should first buy a new transceiver from Ford first before having a new key made. Installed the new transceiver and unfortunately that still didn't work. Made an appointment and they came and made new key and found that my old key is still good they ran a diagnostic on my car system and found that the problem goes beyond the transceiver and that it goes beyond their computer program. They recommended South Pacific Motors for my Ford. Very helpful team and very affordable price, will definitely call them for any future lock and key help. 5 stars

So I locked my keys in my car. I found Valley Isle Lock and Key simply by googling Maui auto locksmith. I called at 8:11 AM and he was here by 8:33 AM. The car was unlocked in less than 5 minutes. I cant say enough how thankful I am for this guy and this company. They fixed my extremely stressful and irritating situation in SUCH a short amount of time and for a very affordable price. Tao had a BUSY day, with calls to Lahaina, Kapalua, Makawao an 2 in Kahului. Called him just before o800 needed a new key cut. He made it clear that its a crazy day but he'll make every effort to help us. He called me at 1300 that he was on the way. I live in Waiehu and he was a life saver.Very curtious and respectful. 15 minutes tops, all good to go. He'll take care of you. Mahal Nui Tao.

Wow! Tao, the owner, waited an hour while we drove from Kula to Lahaina to repossess a stolen vehicle. We then drove into the wild bush for miles up and back down twice to make us a new key. He helped us put in a battery and fix the muffler so we could drive out safely all in great spirits and having fun considering the situation. What a sweet and kind man with a lot of Aloha.
