Couldnt get this key copied at walmart, home depot or city mill. The owner? did the copy in about 5 or 7 min and the transaction was complete in 10 min. Key worked.

Good location near don quijote back entrance, ample parking, excellent workmanship, reasonable pricing, but service isn't the best but hey I'm here for a key. They also offer shoe repair and have other leather goods like wallets and purses. The store is mildly unkempt with dirt and trash here and there around the store.*Update* I tried the key and it's still not the right cut toward the base which I still have to force the key in for it to work. Sadly it didn't meet my expectation of a fine key cutting.

Quick and easy service. Finding the location was a little hard but once there they were able to make a unique key with no notice and very fast.

He lost my Lv wallet or gave to someone else and was willing to give me someone elses he to much. Dealt with before never had a problem to this and he wanted to give me only $50 no way its worth more than that. So yeah never dealing with him again. Beware people before it happens to you.

I wanted to get duplicate keys made for my car key -- tried Home Depot, Lowe's, and two City Mills and they all couldn't do it (no, it doesn't have a chip in it). Went to Pearl City Key Shop on the recommendation of the key person at the Pearl City City Mill -- success! The duplicates worked without a hitch (I've had issues with some shops on the mainland) -- I noticed that the owner took the time to inspect and refine them -- great workmanship. Yes, as other reviews stated, apparently English isn't the owner's first language -- but he understood what I wanted and delivered.

Cannot or will not cut keys for cars, not much of a key shop, dont waste your time.

Went in to have a key cut (car key). Was told that they couldnt do it. Seriously? Isnt this a locksmith?

The store front is actually 'Key and Shoe Repair'. Shop owner speaks little English but is very nice and cut a key that nobody else had blanks or laser mapping for.

Called to see if they make car keys and they act like they didn't understand English. Definitely waste of time.

Called to find out if they were an actual storefront to get car keys cut. I was met with a simple hello and broken English, the words 'key shop' mumbled and then hung up on. You won't get a second chance.
