Did a great job for us. We somehow broke the handle off our safe. He was able to get the safe open without damaging it, and even offered to try and find a replacement handle for a safe built in the early 80s.Would definitely use them again.

Weve used Country Lock and Key for the past 17 years both professionally and privately. Weve always had great experiences. Today I visited the Hayden location. Their employee was incredibly unprofessional and unkind. I reached out to the owner, Pete, to share this experience. He seemed genuine in his concern and explained hes been working to improve the customer service skills of this employee. Hoping the next experience at this location will be back to great, just as its always been prior to todays visit.

My wife lost her keys and alarm fob to her 99 Acura RL and any one that has an aftermarket alarm system on these knows these can be a pain trying to get new keys to work right with the ecu, I'm very thankful for Brian Foust's patience and expertise to get the job done, thank you agian. Broke the key in the trunk, they came out, extracted the piece still in the lock, and made a key in 5 minutes or so. Checked the new key to make sure it worked before giving it to me. Great service.

My wife and I walked to the park with our kids (2 and 8 mo) to sled and play in the snow on Christmas morning. Apparently we had locked ourselves out. We called Country Lock and Key - They came out in about 40 minutes, got us back in the house in about a minute and didn't charge us anything, even though on a holiday the prices usually go up. Hopefully I'll never need their services again, but I'll always use them when I do.
