I originally called because my key quit opening the front door. They were quick and came over right away. When he was here, he said the key hole just needed lubed up. I asked about a new door handle and I ended up going with a key pad. They ordered it and kept in contact about getting it installed. Right on schedule he showed up and installed it while explaining everything. I definitely recommend A-1 Lock and key!

A-1 locksmith is an ace in my book. I lock my keys in my car quite often, and Mason is always there to get me out of a bind in a jiffy. He has even gotten me in to my house before as well (can you sense I have a problem here ). As a mother, I appreciate fast friendly service when I am locked out, and I have never left an interaction with Mason without a smile on my face. He is always going the extra mile to make sure the job is done! 5/5 would, and AM recommending to friends .

These guys are awesome. The other lock Smith in town wanted me to pull the passenger side lock out of truck, bring it in to him for him to make 5 or 6 keys at $15/piece. Then drive back up to test the on truck. Whatever!!A1 came to me within 30 minutes of call. No extra keys to pay for, no extra gas money and the customer service was wonderful!!Thsnks A1

Unfortunately I've had more than my fair share of experiences with Locksmiths. Seeing as I have so much experience, take this to heart: A-1 LOCK & KEY is everything you're looking for when you're standing outside your car in 20 degree weather looking at your keys sitting on your console. Response was fast, and the after hours fee was more than reasonable. And to avoid this scenario in the future, they also make duplicates and can program them too. A replacement key from the factory rings up to $400. A-1 pricing is less than half of that. Mason is your guy.

No wait time he cut it right then and even went out to be sure it worked for me himself before I even paid. It did work. After going to every other place in town first this guy had the best customer service and was actually able to meet my need whereas elsewhere said they could but in fact could not.
