I took in several locks to be keyed and had quite a few keys made. The lady that helped me was extremely helpful and made sure to take the necessary time to get my order right the first time.I would definitely go here again in the future.

Did a great job for us. We somehow broke the handle off our safe. He was able to get the safe open without damaging it, and even offered to try and find a replacement handle for a safe built in the early 80s.Would definitely use them again.

So. I call to get a key made so I can sell my car. I dont need a chipped key, just a spare to move it and get it sold. They said they could help, and they also confirmed that they could make a chipless spare key for me too! Then they call an hour later to tell me 'its not possible to make a key without making the one with the chip.' (Which cost roughly 390 to make instead of 190 for a regular key.) They say it's not possible but It definitely IS. I have a spare key without a 'chip' for my 2014. Yet they can't make one for a 2006? Lol. I think their money hungry. Definitely wont be coming back. Save your money and go through someone that wants to actually help!

The Best of the Best when I was in a rush on a Saturday night, I left my house and got to my car when I realized I didn't have my car keys and of course they were on my keychain with my house keys. I called their after hours ,emergency service and within 45 minutes not only did the Gentleman have my front door opened to my house he was fast and very professional and for it being late plus a Saturday the price was very reasonable. If not for their services I probably would have had to break a window which would of cost me a LOT MORE $$$ weeks to fix and my Saturday night would of been ruined.

Had every tool needed to get me the key I needed in a hurry. Super nice and I couldn't be more happy with his service. I lost my keys in the Spokane river thinking I was in a bad spot he was able to help me at a reasonable price. Great customer service and very personable. He was able to get my car started in a very difficult situation. His wife and him are amazing and quick and explain what they are doing. I highly recommend them if you're in a pinch.

They came to our house at no extra cost and got us back on the road with new keys after losing our chipped keys. We still had non-chipped keys that fit so it saved us over a $100. They just used those and programmed the new chipped keys lickety split, and even discovered and issue they helped us solve. Amazing!!!

These guys are lifesavers. Got locked out of our apartment and couldnt get ahold of the landlord. Gave these guys a call and got us back in quick and easy.Very friendly, arrived in about 30 minutes just like they said despite it being well after hours. I hope people never need this kind of after hours service but if you do, give them a call, they are the best!

I have been looking to buy a quality safe for quite a while and when I came to see the ones they had they where very friendly and helpful answering all my questions with genuine care for the customer. Better priced and faster than getting a new key from the dealership. They can replace and program any car key. I've used them twice (just showed up - no appointment) and saved over $100 each time. I highly recommend Country Lock.

Feels like I got scammed. Got locked out of my house so I called Country Lock & Key to ask if they can open doors. Guy on the phone says no problem, $55 dollars. Guy comes out and is working on opening my lock, trying to pick it, bump, it shim it for 30 minutes. He says he can't pick it and the only thing he can do is break my expensive schlage lock, and replace it with a cheap chinesium one, which is going to cost me even more. I ask him why can't he drill the cylinder and replace it so I can keep my schalge, he says they don't carry the schalge cylinders. Not wanting to downgrade to chinesium and overpay, I forced a window to get in. Still ended up getting charged a $50 service call for literally nothing. If you can't do something don't say its no problem over the phone. I was willing to pay him for his time, but $50 for 30 minutes of nothing is a scam.
