Had a skid steer stuck with track off in a ditch. Called Joe's they came out with small truck and it would not do job. So Thomas went and got bigger truck pulled us out and helped put track on machine before he left. Very friendly people and honest price. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP Thomas. I highly recommend this tow service very professional and reasonable price.

Needed a jump or a tow, wasn't sure which. They offer to try a jump first and send a tow truck only if the jump didn't work, and I would only have to pay for one or the other. Joe's has helped me out multiple times (I need to get a new car) and every driver is friendly and professional. The person answering the phone is easy to understand and willing to explain the details of what's steps are going to take place as well as the prices before the work is done. The price is never a surprise at the end.

One of the best around, if I need a tow best bet is I'm calling Joe's. Staff is great all good at their jobs. Really go that extra mile for ya. Can't say that about most of the tow company's out today, but they at Joe's do. Highly recommend this place, for all your needs, they will be fast and do it right each time you need them. Hands down the best.

I had to have my car towed to a mechanic, and Joe's towing is who my insurance set me up with. They told me it would be about an hour before the tow operator could get to me, which was fine, but within 30 minutes they arrived. I have to say that the tow truck operator was very friendly, courteous, and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone

They towed my friends vehicle from my lot at his expense due to a tenant calling in, they didnt verify this information with the landlord or the tenant, they didnt ask for credentials that the person was a tenant or that they had gotten the landlords permission. They then proceeded to charge him 75$ for the pleasure even though they messed up and the landlord told them it was a mistake. Ive also heard the many stories around town about these extortionists and how they just float around town picking cars up. Con artists.

They're fast and efficient! I locked myself outta my bus a Freightliner. The Normal Police could not get me in so I called Joe's and they knew what to do. You can tell why they are a police tow

I don't usually write reviews but the experience, was so bad, i have too. They towed my car to the wrong place even though they had the correct address. The driver lied about it and the receptionist was rude.. for 2 hours, i had no idea where my car was. The work never got done on it because the correct place never got my car until it was too late. They never apologized at any point. It was done through my insurance company and if they don't have contracts with another tow company in town, I'm considering a switch. That's how bad the experience was. After the fact, when i had told a couple people to not use Joe's, one response was, I already knew that and the other was, I never liked them anyway... If I could give no stars, I would.

Dispatcher was right on about the wait time, appreciated that. Also, when the man didn't have the correct size tool, he was up front about it and visited with me while we waited for another truck to arrive. When it turned out I needed a new tire Tim let me follow him to the nearest tire dealer. What could have been a bummer of an afternoon was made nicer by these men! Thanks!

I originally called Chucks for a tow but was worried they would be awhile so I called Joes. The receptionist told be it would be 30/45 minutes. An hour later they still hadnt arrived so I called back. This time I was told it would be 25 minuteS. The driver had to drop someone else off first. I said forget it and called Chucks back.

Things are never good when you have to call a wrecker but we had a good experience with Joe's although I feel their rates are a little steep. Broke down18 miles north of Bloomington and Thomas (driver) came to the rescue. He was very polite and caring and respectful. Towed us to a shop in Bloomington after the assessment we decided it our best interest to get towed home to Arkansas so we called Joe's again the next day. Nathan (driver) came to the rescue he was very courteous to us and took pride in hooking up to our truck. Was a 7 hour trip. Nathan was pleasant to be with and was good company to travel with and he DID NOT pay me tip put this review.

All those five star reviews must be lies. The dispatcher, even though courteous , was not truthful about the time of arrival. She told me it would be within the hour and it took more like an hour and a half. When he finally arrived, a young man named John, I found him to be one of the rudest individuals I have ever met. This was the first time I have ever used Joe's and it will most definitely be the last.

Kyle provided such excellent service. He was so courteous and friendly and extremely knowledgeable!!! He arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. We needed a new battery and he had one on his truck and has us back up and one our way so quickly. EXTREMELY EFFICIENT!!!! I will recommend Joe's Towing and Kyle to anyone who might need these services. :)

I realized I locked my keys in my car when I was leaving work. I called Joes Recovery tow company. It was 5 oclock on a Sunday evening. They answered the phone immediately, told me they were sending a guy and he arrived within 20 minutes. The driver, Rich maybe (Rick) got in my vehicle in 5 minutes. Only charged me $60. Total time 30 minutes! My time is valuable and I appreciate how speedy they were.

I use Joe's towing for when my reserved spot at my apartment building is being taken up by someone who does not belong there. I haven't used any of their services personally besides that, but they are good for what I need them for. They are almost always there within 30 minutes and I have the spot I paid for back in no time. I don't like doing it, as I know it is expensive to get your car back. But hey. Just park where you're supposed to in the first place.
