excellent service!! David came right on time and replaced all the door locks in my house. As well he added another deadbolt on my front door for extra security. I have to say that I'm really satisfied with the work that was done. The people at A-1 Locksmith are awesome!! My technician was almost an hour late from what I was told. His English was difficult to understand. Then he told me because of the type of lock on my house, it was going to cost $180. He ended up getting in my door in about 5 minutes, and never even touched the lock. He used an air bag like is used to get into cars. It's a shame that companies like this take advantage of people when they are in need. I would never use this company again. It would have probably been cheaper to just bust my lock.

A-1 Locksmith provided an absolute wonderful service to my elderly mother when she locked herself out of her home. After I contacted this company explaining the situation, a technician went to her home within half an hour and had her back in her house quickly. Furthermore his kind and considerate manner with her was just fantastic! After changing the lock, he was even able to provide us with additional keys. To top things off the prices were extremely fair and reasonable. Can't praise enough, thank you A-1 Locksmith!

Fantastic! I called Monday morning to get the locks changed in my new home, and the guy came within 30 min after I had called. I got locked out of my car when I was visiting my family in Bolingbrook on Thanksgiving, a few days ago. I Called A-1 locksmith after all companies told me they wouldn't be able to help for more then TWO hours. A-1 came in no time...and I mean like 15 minutes..that fast! They unlocked my car with no damage, and they honestly saved my day. I definitely recommend this company to anyone! Thank you again!

I called and they told me it would be 20 minutes I waited 40 minutes and called again was told they were 6 mimites away and would call me when they go to my location never showed up I got another company who was there in less then 15 minutes

Having obtained a quote from a very pushy call centre based firm, I really wanted to find someone local and independent. The ratings I retas km Google convinced me to contact a'A-1 Locksmith and I'm very glad I did! Better price, arrived on time, tackled a tricky job with confidence, kept me informed about what he was going to do, and tidied up afterwards. I won't bother shopping around next time!
