Woke up to an unexpected flat tire and could not get the tire off so I had to call a tow truck. First place I called had a 4 hour wait. So I called Petes. He got there super quick, price was great, and he was so nice and helpful. Made a very stressful morning a little easier. Highly recommend! :)

Great service had been waiting on my insurance company towing for about 2 hours plus. Got tired and called Pete's they got there in 20 min. He was very friendly and professional once we got to my house he even helped push my car into the garage. Great service highly recommend and will only call them next time.

Called Petes today. My Ford Fusion would not shift out of park. Spoke to John who said hed help me try some tricks to get me on the road without a tow. He was able to direct me and my 18yo son to bypass a switch so that I didnt need his service, thus saving me a tow! Woohoo! Thanks John! I will surely call Petes again if I need a tow! These are honest people out there to help others! Thats rare! Thanks again!!

The tow driver was very professional. She handled my husband's truck with such care. Will call again if needed. I really don't like the term damsel in distress but whatever!! My husband was stuck, not me. Still great service.

My car died three days ago. I had 2 Other people let me down until I finally googled tow truck service and Petes Tow number showed up. Honestly, best phone call Ive ever made. Absolutely rude and belligerent tow truck driver, middle aged male white, tow truck license plate number 116445TW tailgating me on Cicero avenue and 87th (mind you I was doing speed limit) then drove on my driver's side and shouted about twenty seconds of profanities, f'in a'hole etc. Uncalled for, unprofessional, if your emergency is so great and your circumstances are so exigent, please drive around me and don't bother to stop and swear at me and shout profanities at me, that is very unprofessional behavior and it's conduct unbecoming. Road rage is a terrible thing and you truly never know who it is that you are yelling and swearing at.
