This is truly the one-stop lock shop. They do everything from service to key--cutting, to installation. The guys here are always super friendly and very knowledgeable. They have just about every lock and key known to man, and if they don't have it, they can get it. Quality is great, and prices are reasonable. It's the only place I'll go for locks and key cutting.

These guys are the real deal when it comes not just to locks, but getting it done! I've been dealing with other locksmiths for two weeks. Thanks to Kevin Ray and his team, my two panic hardware on church doors were fixed in two days. They were able to find replacement parts that other guys were telling me were not available. This saved the church lots of money in not having to buy new panic hardware. Kevin is a really nice guy. Very personable and loves to share his knowledge with people so that next time, I can fix it. We had Bullis Lock come out to replace the doorknobs on our house and re-key them all alike. They were able to do the job the day after I called, were on time, professional, and courteous. If that is all we needed, I would give them 5 stars. But, I also wanted the handle on our sliding glass patio door replaced with one that could be locked with a key from outside. I was told they would special order it for us. That was in Sept. 2015. By November, I had not heard anything so I called back. I was assured they had not forgotten us; our handle was hard to find and on back order. George said he would follow up with the company and get back to me. That was the last I heard from him. Fast forward to April 2016. The old patio door handle broke. I did not bother to call Bullis back. Instead, I talked to someone at a big box home store on how to properly measure for the correct handle, found the one I wanted on line (with the external key lock), and had it shipped to my door within a week. We installed it ourselves. So much for Bullis not forgetting us. If your job involves supplies they keep readily on hand, you will be satisfied. But, if it is anything that needs to be ordered, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. I would not count on proper follow-up for anything that can't be completed on the first visit.
