These dinosaurs make one heck of a key! 10+ years, Ive had over 300 keys made, and only recall two bad copies. Now, thats as close to perfect as it gets!!!Theyve re-keyed a bunch of my pricey padlocks and saved us from unnecessary lock purchases. Down to earth, on their game, funny and friendly!Support this tiny, family-owned business...great peeps!!!

I was extremely impressed with the service provided. I contacted Morgan Locksmiths on Monday and was promptly given an appointment. The technician, Tom, was prompt arriving at the scheduled time. He completed the job in about an hour. Tom was both professional and courteous. I would definitely use Morgan Locksmiths again as well as recommend them to someone else.

So happy I went here I was gonna pay $230 for a replacement car key from the dealership, Tom explained he could do a repair for $100..If he couldnt repair he would order a new key around $200..The service was so fast and friendly..I was early, I'm sure they get busy they are the best Tom saved my day and was honest about the prices. Generally, service is great. I don't usually have to be concerned whether or not duplicate keys will work. Trying to return an item that did not work, was frustrating and time consuming. If you're unsure about an item, pause, and think if you can get your need met elsewhere.

I went into Morgan Locksmiths for a couple new keys for my pad lock. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and quality of service received. Tom answered all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this place for any of your locksmiths needs and will be sure to return in the future!

I went in to get a couple of keys made for my girlfriend. I was bummed out that I had to wait in line, but as I stood there I was pleasantly surprised to overhear the techs explaining exactly what the problem was for each person in line, taking the time to ensure the customer know what the problem was and what type of fix they could offer. I eventually got my keys copied by Tom. I could tell he was a busy man with a lot to do, but he took the time to make small talk with me while he made my keys. I got home and they work perfectly. I plan to be a returning customer here.

Terrible Experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone. First time Ive ever been locked out. I was on my lunch break and was panicking a bit. So I called this place. At first everything was great they dispatched someone and told me 25 mins. The driver called shortly after and said he is in route. 25 mins goes passed and the driver says I cant make it to you, your 2000 miles away from me For some reason they dispatched a driver from San Francisco... I called the office back he apologized and said he would send someone right away. 45 mins go past and I call for a update he kept saying they are in route a driver will call me. I never got a call. More time goes by so I kept calling. He started ignoring my phone call. He was completely unprofessional and Ignored me. He had me waiting for no one to be in route. I called 7 times and he kept ignoring my call. I called from a different phone and I finally got him to pick up the phone. I was stunned on how unprofessional and rude he was. He never sent anyone, never followed up with me and I waited a total of 90mins and no one ever showed up. I called a competitor and they were they in less then 20 mins. This place is a complete joke. First time being locked out and this place made my day even worse ! Do not call this place! Complete waste of time!

Want to commend George, very helpful!!!!!! He was able to remake one of the keys that was not working that I had made days ago (whereas the other two employees especially Tom the so called Manager) was not able to fix. (needed to remake the other 3 keys that were still not working). I asked Tom to use the key machine that George suggested and he told me he was the manager and he knew what he was doing and knew more than George. When I asked him to please use the machine George suggested he told me to shut my mouth and if I didn't like how he did them I could leave. I had to return on 4 different occasions to get one key made. This is certainly not the behavior of a manager (Tom) He was rude and disrespectful. I am a senior citizen and we should be deserving of more courtesy.Please beware that they do not make refunds on keys no matter if you have to come back ten times. Try to come on Tuesday's when George is there.

I called and told the person that answered the phone I wanted to schedule someone to come out and change my locks. She responds can you take them off and bring them to us? If that was the case I could do the job myself... right? I hung up and called someone else.

Man....the guy they have there who comes out to install is one of the rudest, most arrogant persons, I have ever met. Their services are way way over priced and this guy comes out and talks to you as if he's doing YOU a FAVOR by ALLOWING you to spend the money. It's really really bad service. The others in the store seem nice though. But they should get rid of that guy if they want people to keep using them

I've used Morgan Locksmiths for over 20 years. In the late 90's and early 2000's I used them for a ton of commercial jobs for AT&T buildings. They always did clean and professional work. Very good people working there and very good attitudes. You get what you pay for with these guys. You pay for quality work, from Locks to safes, to emergency exit door installation... They've done it all for me over the years and they do it well.
