Needed to change the locks on our house. We were able to swap out two of them ourselves, but the patio door had specialty hardware from Andersen, and could not find anything that looked like it at a hardware store. Called Mike late in the day, but he was willing to come out and take a look at it. He took the lock apart to check it out and was able to successfully re-key it to match one of the other locks we'd installed. Was really fast too. Will definitely be using A1 for any future locksmithing needs!
